Stayed Jun 28, 2025This house has plenty of room to relax. You can watch beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Back deck is excellent for sitting after beach. It's in the shade with a cool breeze..so is the bench on the dock if you want to fish.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have stayed in many homes in Brigands Bay over the years. This is a nice home, very nice community!! It could use a few updates. While functional, the stove is very old!! Nice storage below, watch your head under house,no under house parking.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay. The location is great! Some appliances could use updating and not all the interior doors actually shut correctly. These things did not deter from our stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We thoroughly enjoyed the beach house. It was confortable and convenience. The water access was excellent and the house comes with ocean kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs...you name it! The price has increased atronomically, the house doesn't have a view of the sunset over the sound, the kayaks are missing their drain plugs, and the sliding door needs some serious work. We were hoping to rent it again next year but the price is just too much next year.
