Waterfront Cottage on Pt. Judith Pond

Enjoy phenomenal sunset views of Salt Pond from Great Island to Galilee from the expansive, west-facing deck of this charming waterfront cottage. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twins and an additional sleeping space in the sun porch on the first floor with a twin trundle to sleep a total of 6 persons. The convertible queen sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two. Open living/dining room features a long antique dining table ideal for family dinners. It leads to the all-important screened-in porch, and to the deck to take advantage of the beautiful site whatever the weather. Includes 3 air conditioners in both bedrooms and living room. An enclosed outdoor shower, full bath downstairs and half bath upstairs make this the perfect summer getaway. Great location for walking or jogging, just steps from easy kayak launch spot and pond swimming!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis. If approved there will be an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

From Angela P., summer 2015: Very cute, rustic, cozy cottage on Point Judith Pond. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture and beds, great deck, beautiful scenery, terrific outdoor shower too. Happy we rented this cottage, and will definitely consider it again in 2016, hopefully for 2 weeks.
