Waterfront Contemporary w/Dock overlooking Long Island Sound

The home was everything as advertised. The view was magnificent. WE really enjoyed our 3 weeks stay.

Our third stay here and just as beautiful and comfortable as the first. The perfect location for Waterford and Niantic stores and restaurants and great parks for walking. Coming back to Jordan Cove is the best part.

Janice was attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The location (and views) are remarkable and perfect for all sorts of summer activities.

This is the second summer we stayed here and it was amazing. The views are amazing and the neighbor's are great also. Very quiet neighborhood. Sitting on the deck each morning having coffee is life giving! Caught plenty of fish all week from plum gut to watch hill. Definitely returning again. Janice was very helpful and responsive. Thanks again.

Relaxing is an under statement. I retire this coming Friday so it was the perfect week we would love to be considered for next year

Nice cooking facility, water access, views, walking neighborhood…

We had a fabulous trip to the Cove last week! The property was just as described. It had everything you could need, but the view was my favorite part! We enjoyed the bird watching and went kayaking and my grown kids even had fun hanging out on the sandbars. (Highly suggest water shoes to get there though!) Even though sitting on the back patio or in the sunroom felt like miles away from the rest of the world, it is close to all the necessities and more. We made little side trips to Niantic, Groton and Mystic as they are close. We will definitely be looking to stay again!

This was our second stay at this property. And like the first it was relaxing, fun, and perfect. This pics are an accurate representation of the house and it's clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Second stay at this house. Perfect area with water views. Love being close to Harkness park and Niantic where we have family. Great neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants within ten minutes by car. Comfortable and clean. Will be back again.

Great place for family and friends young and old! Lots of water-based activities, stellar views, and great birding!

Beautiful views of the cove and very quiet neighborhood. The multiple sliding doors onto the patio allowed the sea breezes into the house. My family enjoyed being able to go out the sand bar at low tide, and the house was convenient to many attractions for children.

Truly, a wonderful relaxing spot to enjoy wildlife on the water. So enjoyed the sandbars at low tide, boating was fantastic from your own dock. Wonderful neighborhood, peaceful neighbors were neighborly. Definitely would love to come back.

This house was well suited for our family reunion, 5 adults and 2 teenagers. Spectacular view, clean, comfortable,well supplied house. What more could you ask for?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was well equipped and comfortable. Our daughter was graduating from the US Coast Guard Academy and this home was the perfect location for a family get together. Great place to stay!!
