Stayed Sep 27, 2024We stayed here while visiting our son. The place looks brand new, right on the water, super quiet (I don't think we heard a noise the whole weekend). Nice community/area, would definitely stay here again. Ned was super nice and gave us two great recommendations for dinner.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024We loved everything about the apartment! It was as the pictures show and was clean and quiet. The bathroom is well stocked (lotion, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, clean towels, TP). The kitchen even had extra paper towels, drinks in the refrigerator along with some Keurig cups. The owner introduced himself and left a note about upcoming fireworks that might be seen from the back yard. We would stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Ned is a super host and provides clear, concise check in instructions. The apartment is lovely and very clean. Ned also provides coffee, tea, cold beverages and toiletries. The neighborhood is nice to walk to and enjoy the public beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is quite new and the photos are accurate. It had everything needed for a home-away-from home experience. Cooking utensils, and plenty of new appliances available. Ned was happy to answer our questions long before we checked in and provided plenty of local suggestions for dining and touring the area. The property is close to Mystic, New London, casinos and beaches. We especially enjoyed Harkness Park which is just a few minutes drive away. Pleasant beach is about a 10 minute walk through the neighborhood. We were asked for a resident beach permit, which we didn't have, so we were asked to leave the beach. That is the only thing we didn't know about. It certainly wasn't a big deal! The lifeguard wasn't there until noon, which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the beach and warm water for a couple of hours. Overall, our experience at this apartment was all that we hoped for and more than we expected. We highly recommend it!
