Stayed Jun 1, 2025We stayed at Summerhouse in Rockport for a month and had a great experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well set up for an extended stay. Being right by the pool was a big plus, easy access and a great way to cool off. We spent a lot of time on the private pier, enjoying the peaceful views and beautiful sunrises. The small yard was perfect for our little dog, and the quiet location made it easy to relax. Loved proximity to Rockport Beach and Fulton Pier (both within 10-15 minutes driving). Thank you for a lovely and welcoming stay!

Stayed May 23, 2024Location and vibe of the community is absolutely amazing. This was a great value and we definitely enjoyed the stay. Some of the highlights of this place were the private pier, beautiful little tropical community, and proximity to Fulton Beach rd. The neighbors were great, I don’t know why they were mentioned as a negative in the past but as long as you follow the booking rules then no problem. As far as anything negative, I would probably say it would be nice to have a bbq grill available. Many of the other homes had one on their patio, but not at this one. Unfortunately there is not one at the common pool either. Still overall I definitely recommend this place and get it 5/5 Stars!!
