Waterfront Coastal Cottage in Kennebunk, Maine

We loved our stay as did our furry friends!

Beautiful cottage! Perfect winter getaway with our pups! We had a wonderful time and the cottage is not only stunning, but has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. Pam was responsive and lovely. We are looking to going back this summer.

This is our 2nd time staying at Pam’s coastal cottage and what a TREAT! To no surprise, the place was clean, inviting, comfy, cozy, and the perfect spot for our winter getaway. We hope to stay again soon!

Claire was always available and very help. The house and location right on the water was great just as described. Definitely highly recommend and the fresh eggs Claire left was a nice treat

What a lovely home. Truly provided the home base for the most enjoyable vacation ever. The location is close to everything yet quiet and secluded. The accommodations are first rate and the outdoor space is an added bonus. The owner was super responsive if we needed anything. The home was also very clean and comfortable for our dog, who also enjoyed his vacation;)

Perfectly and thoughtfully appointed cottage with water views. Ideal location. Quick and easy walk into town and close to the beach. Gas fireplace and very comfortable furnishings. Pet-friendly. Could not ask for more.

We had a very pleasant stay, the cottage is close to the village and within a short walk of the beach. Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the WiFi which is currently poor.

Great cottage and location we had a wonderful time. My only small complaint is the Wi-Fi was not great on phones and laptop.

Location was perfect! You could so easily walk to town and the street was nice and quiet. Having a beach pass was also clutch! And they had all the goods for a beach day. We had some trouble with the WiFi and TV but otherwise it was perfect!

Comfortable home with everything you need. Stayed 4 nights. Walking distance to town and beach which was a plus.

Very nice, comfortable. Close to town. Need to update wifi for quicker loading. couch needs to be cleaned ,pillows and under them. We have already booked to come next year!

Wonderful property…great location, very nicely appointed, and very clean and comfortable.

The house was in the best location. Very easy walk to downtown to the shops and restaurants. However, the house definitly had signs of wear and tear and not quite as clean as I expected it to be. There was also an awful smell in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay! The entire process from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Pam, the host, was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was in place for our arrival. The place itself was cozy and perfect for a winter retreat, with the fireplace adding an extra touch of warmth and comfort. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to town, so we could easily explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a hassle-free getaway in a great location!

Very well decorated and comfortable and had a nice Christmas tree. Walking distance to town and restaurants.

This was our second visit and we will be back next year. Its such a charming cottage, that is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, glasses etc. The location on the water and walking distance to downtown is so beautiful and convienant.

Girls trip brought 3 Miami ladies to Maine. Location of the house could not be better!! Kitchen was fully stocked & Pamela even got us a crock pot for our stay, would absolutely recommend & look forward to coming back! Cynthia

Truly lucked out with the location - private road that led to White Barn cottages and was walkable both to WB and to town!

This was a great location... close to everything. Shops, restaurants, and beaches. We had a wonderful week enjoying the house and location.

Location of this cottage doesn’t get any better. It’s comfortable for a small family. It was about a 5 minute walk into town. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. The property itself feels very private and quiet at night. All rooms have A/C. The ceiling in bathroom is pretty low, especially the shower which can be a problem for tall people. I hate to say anything negative, but the bed in the main bedroom is terrible. Made loud noise every time you rolled over or got out of bed. It sags in the middle and have terrible back ache. Get a new mattress and this property is gold!

Pam’s property was perfect for a family of 3. The location was beautiful, the house was clean and the outside deck was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room had high ceilings so it felt open and airy even rainy days. Two minute walk and you were already in town, short walk to the beach. A perfect stay!

We absolutely love Pamela’s cottage. This was our third stay! Its nautical decor is charming, it is very comfortable and clean and we love being able to walk to town. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the view. Would we return? Of course!
