Ocean/Beach With Magnificent Views: A Unique New England Experience !

The house was perfect for our large family group to gather after Christmas. Plenty of room, very well equipped and looking right at the ocean. We would happily stay there again.

Great place! Great location! The host responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely stay there again. The view is beautiful. The house faces south so we were able to enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the front sitting room. And we really enjoyed the fireplace (we were there in February).

The house is great, beds were comfortable and rooms clean, kitchen well stocked, furniture comfortable, nice place for a large family or group of friends.Could use a few more instructions for running the heat/air pumps and the fireplace. Could use more screens for the the front porch windows, as only one small window had a screen. Our group age is 70, the inside stairs may be steep for some folks. Overall, we enjoyed our 5 day visit. A lovely host, super location for walking by the ocean, and making vacation memories.

Amazing location and beautiful home! Many homes along Beach Ave do not have a usable beach directly across the street, but this one does and its and its gorgeous. The group had a blast sitting in the sunroom, playing cads, even taking a ploar bear plunge in the ocean (40 degrees)! Highly recommend the house to other large groups

We all enjoyed our trip to Kennebunkport and especially to be able to share your beautiful home on the ocean. It couldn’t be more perfect except for the weather but being inside, cooking eating and drinking in front of the fire easily filled that void. We stayed at the OOB property and it was unimaginably beautiful. The layout, the amenities, the view and overall atmosphere could not have been any better.

It was amazing! This old victorian, beautiful and so unique. Of course with all the modern amenities. I do believe our families favorite spot was the sunroom and the front porch. Really though we enjoyed watching tv and visiting with the gas fireplace. Family dinners in the dinning room.Guitar playing, music and coffee in the sunroom.beautiful views and laughs on the front porch! Walks in the beach finding sand dollars with the friendly seagulls. I will cherish the memories made here.

The beach house was perfect for our family reunion/canadian Thanksgiving. Great well maintained property that sleeps 18 perfectly. Lots of space and the house has everything you will need. Olivia and Patrick were so easy to communicate with. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

The best house in the best location possible. Owner is excellent communicator and really cares about the stay of her guests. The house is beautiful but so so comfortable and welcoming. We have gone there twice now and plan to go back again!!!

This three story shingl e Maine beach house has beautiful views of the ocean and beach which is right across the road. With ample bedrooms, baths and a large dining room modern kitchen and porch this house is perfect for families or just friends.

House came as exactly as ‘advertised’ - beautiful location. Communication with hosts was perfect. Plenty of linen, towels etc. plenty of hot water for all. BBQ, TV in perfect working order. Comfortable beds. Great time had by all. Would book again@ 100%
