Waterfront Coastal Casual Home with Screened Deck + Boat Dock + Dog-Friendly!

The house was very cozy and accommodating for pets. The location was great. West OC has a lot to offer and it’s only 15 minutes to the beach and Berlin. The host’s communication was very good.

The home was very nice, clean and completely prepared for us. The porch and outdoor areas were wonderful for family and pets. The canal was nice for boating and paddle boards. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. We would rent this house again.

We stayed for 4 nights/5 days and it exceeded our expectations. Jill is an amazing host, going the extra mile to make my birthday special. The house is lovely and just what we were looking for: quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints, 10 out of 10.

This home and the hosts made our trip an actual relaxing experience. The accommodations exceed any I have ever witnessed. The home made you feel welcome the instant you walk in. Very clean, very comfortable and very accommodating. It is not only evident that the hosts care about their home, but they also care about your stay.

We had the best family vacation. Jill is a wonderful host who is super helpful and easy to communicate with. This home is absolutely beautiful and spotless. It was just perfect for our family and our dogs! Highly recommend!

This house in Ocean City met and/or surpassed all expectations. Before our trip, I wondered about the size, but the house turned out to be spacious. My family has travelled to OC for many years and stayed in townhouses, but several family members mentioned this house was much better than a townhouse, as far as practicality and vibe. The location is only minutes from the OC beach. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Worked well with the 2 dogs we had with us. The screened in patio was a great gathering place. The landlord is very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend this house!

Hosts were very nice and accommodating. Issues with previous guests, causing a delay for us to get into the home. Host graciously waived our cleaning fee b/c of this. There were some ant issues, addressed immediately by our host who checked in multiple times during our stay, had pest control out to handle in less than 24 hours. Parking was slightly an issue ... 2 full size trucks are very tight to park along with 2 cars. Water pressure during showers was an issue ... if one of us was in 1st floor shower, no one could shower in upstairs bathroom. Did cause some issues for us with changing time frames of being at places. The host was unaware of this when I informed her. She planned to look into the pressure situation, unfortunately it did not happen with our stay. Due to the various situations we dealt with from arrival to last full day, hosts did allow us to have a later check out. The location is very close to many things ... beaches, Assateague, Frontier Town Water Park and much more . The porch and backyard were very nice leading to the water for evening relaxation. Rooms very clean. Kitchen well situated with all needs. It was also nice that linens and towels were provided, that we didnt have to bring any. Communication with the host was key into our overall stay and working together and they exceeded my overall expectations.
