The Living Spaces

The main living room is expansive and open, with ample seating for large groups, an 88 television, and a full bar area. The space flows directly into the dining area and chef’s kitchen, creating a natural setting for gathering and entertaining.

A second living area provides additional space for conversation, games, or quiet time away from the main gathering space.

Kitchen & Dining

The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for preparing group meals and features generous counter space, modern appliances, and ample storage. The adjacent dining area includes a convertible dining table that comfortably seats up to 12 guests.

Important Information

This property is fully licensed and compliant with local regulations. Standard reservations are designed for a maximum of 14 adult overnight guests, consistent with City of Prescott regulations. Children under 13 years old are not counted toward this limit. Multi-generational family groups traveling with children may therefore be considered on a case-by-case basis when consistent with local occupancy requirements, parking limitations, sleeping arrangements, and responsible property use expectations. All guest counts and age composition must be accurately disclosed prior to booking.

Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, garage area, and portions of the exterior perimeter for safety and property protection. One camera is positioned to monitor the golf course boundary and entry point. There are no cameras inside the home, in bathrooms, or in sleeping areas. The spa surface is digitally obscured for guest privacy.
