Stayed Jul 12, 2025The house was ok however the bedroom downstairs is not desirable. Hot and humid in basement with large cockroaches. The main level also has roaches . I would recommend an exterminator! The boat ramp had multiple large boulders on it making it difficult to launch .We ended up moving those . The rusted almost gone handle on the back water turn on valve needs replaced. The outside elevator door hinges were broken off . One of the rocking chairs on the back porch had a broken leg . We took that to the basement so no one else would try to use it . We did enjoy the back porch and swing . We also enjoyed use of the boat lift . I’m sure this place would be fine with a few improvements.
