Waterfront Beachhouse Steps Away from Nation's #1 Beach

The host, Billy did everything to make our stay amazing. We’ve rented several places before but this was the first time, he reached out to give his cell number and when we reached out for any requests, he was so responsive. He allowed early arrival and late check out to coincide with our flight times. The place had everything we needed to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Our favorite thing was the patio, we hung there most of the weekend, looking at the water and visiting with our family. We definitely want to return to Clearwater and stay at this rental again. The location with being able to walk everywhere was amazing. Everyone in our party loved it and would recommend this property.

We had the best week in Clearwater staying here. Everything we could possibly need was supplied and then some! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to gather together and also have our own space! The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and we could walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We are already talking about planning another trip!

The house is in a prime location with beautiful ocean views. It’s a great house with plenty of space for a family of 5. Shops, the beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance, especially Pier 60. I will add that the house's interior and furniture show a lot of wear and tear, which were not captured in the pictures posted in the listing. The owner needs to address some items: non-functional kitchen cabinets, non-working bar fridges, rusty garbage cans, dirty bed furniture (main bedroom), and dirty linens. The washer and dryer must be replaced—the door handles were a struggle.I would highly recommend providing better user-friendly check-in instructions, provide operational guides, etc.

We stayed at this home for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the owners are. They went out of their way to come fix a minor issue and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. It is evident they genuinely care about making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We all loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for any group looking for a memorable, hassle-free getaway!

We loved the house the minute we walked in! It was so much more than what you see in the pictures. Very clean, spacious, close to the beach, store, and places to eat. The house provided everything we needed and our host was most gracious. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back.

Whilst the property is in a excellent location and presented very well unfortunately there was a cockroach infestation in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Wonderful place to stay

Great place to stay. Had everything you need and more! Any questions that we had were answered very quickly! Worth every penny! The boys and myself had a blast. Thank you Billy!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It really had every single amenity we needed. I really appreciated all the soap, shampoo, lotion, tons of towels, extra sheets, blankets. The views from every level are incredible. We loved having a drink on the balcony each night. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them a lot. Warning though that the chlorine level in the hot tub really faded all of our swimsuits. I’m glad it was being treated appropriately but wish it hadn’t destroyed a new suit. We used the two bikes in the garage which was really fun. My husband got my son an inexpensive fishing rod at the baithouse over by the marina (there is a little restaurant there that looked really good but we ran out of time to try it) and he fished off the dock in front of our unit (no license needed if you only fish there). He caught several fish using shrimp as bait! We emailed the hosts a few times after booking about some minor questions and didn’t get responses which made us a little nervous but it all ended up completely fine. They gave us the garage and door codes and it was a breeze getting in. There is an actually a security guard on duty in the complex each day. They were both very friendly and seemed very on top of everything. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!!
