Stayed Mar 31, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The extra space to spread out was wonderful. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Enjoyed the kayak but would have liked to have two to borrow. The fishing off of the dock yielded fish and crabs that my son was very excited about. The kitchen was well stocked. We went to the “beach” right down the road at Robert K. Rees Park one day. Clearwater aquarium one day. And rented a boat from Anclote river one day. Too short of a trip and wished we could stay longer. Thank you for hosting.

Stayed Feb 21, 2026The property was well equipped and in a good location. The dock was the highlight. There were some issues with the overall condition of the home which the owner/ manager was informed of and has promised to address.

Stayed Jan 19, 2026GREAT value for a 3br 1.5 bath on the water!Maybe 1/4 mile from downtown area with shops and restaurants, park and river walking. About 1/3 mile in the opposite direction gets you to another park with mini beach. Dock for boats right outside the back door - with some BIG fish! Abundant blue herons, too. And ping pong. :-)
