Waterfront! 4 Bed/3 BA Townhome, 32FTDock, Cabana Club, Paddleboard, Beach Gear!

Nice place! Beautiful area and setting! Owner communicative and prompt.

Property was just as advertised although the Cabana Club access which was part of our interest was effectively unavailable to us. We stayed Saturday-Sunday and the Club closes at 7PM only 3 hours after the earliest check in at 4PM, and this fact wasn't advertised anywhere. We only realized it when we were on the way there. It opened the next day at 10AM which was checkout time, leaving us only 3 hours of use for it at the very beginning so we were not able to use it at all. If you aren't planning to stay more than a day, this amenity is effectively useless to you. Besides that the property was lovely, very clean and quiet with tons of space!

Liked the view, property, location, boat dock outside and responsiveness when we needed assistance. Could use updating on Master Bed, a bit squeaky we could not get cable on the living room TV, we had to call owner to get cable on, and we were told to go to front desk of Hawks Cay Resort to retrieve a bracelet for onsite amenities/club access but they were hesitant to give it to us because we were not renting directly through them. Also there was no remote for the downstairs bdrm tv and no buttons to turn the tv on without the remote. Advised owners but there was no spare to give us so no TV in that room for the week. Since the villa came with boat parking and even though boat trailers were parked across from the Villa, we had to pay an additional $200 to park the trailer down the street. Lastly, though this is minor, after spending over 2000 for 5 nights, we thought we might get an email or text thanking us for choosing their villa after our stay had ended but we never received anything. We rented the villa for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. The villa was clean and well appointed. We took our boat down and it was great to be able to walk out the back directly onto the dock where our boat was tied up. Travel time out into the Atlantic was about 10 minutes. Many good restaurants were available within a 10-15 minute drive. Being within the Hawk's Cay Resort, the area around the villa was very safe and well maintained.

Meredith was an exceptional host. Very quick to respond. Needed to check in a day early and she made that happen for us. Beautiful, beautiful property. We Will most definitely be back.

Everything was as advertised. Meredith was so helpful and on it. Very well maintained and clean.

Awesome place on the canal. Great view, clean, and just about everything we needed was there. Other than needing a water hose down by the dock for washing the boat at the end of the day. Overall, couldn’t be happier with this place. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekday stay! Please note the Cabana Club pool is 10 - 15 minutes away from the property, it’s not in Hawk’s Cay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We ended up using the cabana pool everyday on our trip.

Nice place with a Dock. We had an issue but it was taken care of promptly.

There were 6 adults in our group. Plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Beautiful landscaping. Very clean! We had fun at the Cabana Beach. We were close to restaurants and activities. We will return!

We had an awesome experience. The host, Heather, was quick to respond, the hohse was well kept and clean, and the Cabana Club was a great perk. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were four women friends and this house could also hold four couples. The location is great and the the house is nicely updated. We enjoyed spending time on the patio overlooking the water. The house had everything we needed including a nice welcome basket in the kitchen. Highly recommend

Our only disappointment and misunderstanding is that we were not allowed to use the amenities on the property itself that are connected w the resort. But we made it work and had a fabulous time.
