Access to beach great, views wonderful and spacious interior. We enjoyed the entire weekend.

Fantastic location. Great view. Nice updates. Killed a few roaches likely due to beach location. Couldn’t get dryer to work. Definitely would book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is the best! Great beach location and easy access. The furnishings are outdated and WELL used. The kitchen provided everything you need for your visit. The bathrooms had clean towels and basic toiletries. The beds were very clean . This place would be perfect if the interior furnace was replaced . Upon arrival the two front windows were cracked and should be replaced. The dinning table has a sticky finish and had debris stuck on it such as glitter. The house has 2 floors with 2 rooms upstairs with the kitchen and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Home was great size and excellent location to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view. There were several things that needed repair and updating throughout the home that would prevent us from staying again.

No wifi, light bulbs out, air conditioner leaked, grill was broken and the shower handle broke, couldn't turn water off to shower, they came and replaced handle, then it could not turn water on in the shower

The only thing we could see that needs to be fixed is the faucet in the master bath shower is very hard to turn.

The beds were not comfortable. Our King bed had hammocked and overall seemed overworn/used. The other King bed, the mattress was touching the floor making it uneven. The dryer did not work and the fridge has a leak. The home has too much oddball furniture pieces with the sofas were pretty worn and bent inwards.

Both sofa beds need to be replaced as they are not in usable condition. Lights didn’t work in a couple bedrooms. Ceiling fans had no remote so there was no way to change speeds. Unit had not been cleaned properly. Dirty towels left in one bathroom. Trash left in one of the other bathrooms. Did not supply enough towels (not even one per person). Outlet on balcony did not work. Would not stay hear again.

The property is beautiful, fun, and perfect location with view of the beach from the windows.

Here are the tips for the owner: give the guest the gate and door code 1 day in advance and program it for checkin/ checkout. (We didn’t receive it until 1.5 hrs after checkin and we were traveling creating even more stress.) also, have an answering service available especially during off hours (we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on day of check in and they didn’t call back until the next day). Add blackout curtains. Add dish soap. Add laundry detergent. Add bug spray. COMMUNICATE!!! With your guests prior to arrival. Aside from that everything else was great

We especially enjoyed having a bath for every bedroom, proximity to the beach, an open kitchen/dining/living area. In spite of a storm that kept us from the beach after the first day, we found plenty to do. Dinners at Fins and Trout Street were excellent. Also the management was very responsive and helpful.

The property is in a great neighborhood with a pool & close walk to the beach. Great view of the ocean. Home is comfortable and great for families.

The house is in a great location, with a beach view from the living area, kitchen and large deck. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach and pool. Bedrooms & bathrooms are very nice. Property manager very responsive. Only issues: unpleasant smell in the stairway - possible pest control aromas? Cooking pans could be better, but otherwise the kitchen is well outfitted.
