Cute decorations. Good view of the water. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and home could use a little update but still a pleasant stay. Outside area relaxing. No direct water access but you can fish from bank. We had a nice time.

Great location right on the river, beautiful little house. Perfect for our weekend trip to Texas to see friends. We enjoyed swimming in the river and the patio overlooking the river.

Beautiful little cottage with a welcoming feel. I didn’t plan on using the hot tub but within the first two hours, my wife and kids were already in it. So I can say it was a nice touch. Great size lot with plenty of room for any activities. Use the grill to make some delicious fajitas. Location is right outside of town which makes it super convenient. My favorite part was probably the chicken theme. A plus is all the appliances works as they should. Also great water pressure with hot and cold.

Property was clean and as expected. Host was clear about all of the amenities and procedures up front with no questions

Let me start off by the saying the house is super cute & clean it would be absolutely amazing for a small family but when you have 4 teen's it is very small and cramped. I gave the stars that I did mainly because of the water access the pictures seemed miss leading the access to the water is sketchy at best we still had fun but a little nerve wracking they definitely need to do some work in that area.

We were a little shocked when we first got there. The house needs a little bit of updating. But after getting settled in, we absolutely loved our stay. The backyard was amazing. Besides fishing on your private waterfront backyard, we saw tons of wildlife. I would definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed the hot tub, the barbecue pit outback, and sitting next to the water watching the boats go by. The front porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and a short walk for our morning stroll through the friendly neighborhood..

Most quiet, relaxing place i ever stayed at.

Overall, the property was as described. The interior was clean and comfortable. The exterior was relaxing and the decor is rustic and charming.

The building could use a refresh, but it was comfortable and quiet. Outdoor hot tub was the best feature.

Loved the chicken decor. This quaint little cottage reminded me of my grandmothers home place! Just so lovely! Great memories. Great central location for everything we needed. Beautiful view of the Guadalupe River. Our host Tom and his family were so friendly and helpful. fawewerefriendly and helpful.

House is nice. , its dated do its lije staying at great hrandmas house. Was vlean but need some TLC in the back yard area

This house needs cleaned really bad , under furniture, ceiling fans and fixtures have way too much dust and dirt . Not a 2 bedroom. Was hoping for the washer that was advertised. This is not the Comal river . Could be very comfortable if cleaned

Our family had so much fun here. the cottage is adorable and the property is large with lot's of outdoor space. the river is deep! and in a no wake zone which made it perfect for our Labor Day celebration.
