Everyone had plenty of room & plenty of privacy when wanted!!It was clean, nicely decorated & I especially noticed the art!!! It was lovely!The kitchen was spacious & we were able to prepare delicious meals!!The pool & outdoor space was great!!! One of my of our group is quiet the outdoor cook & he said Al the girls were great & easily used!! It was a great number of bicycles available!!!The kids could all ride toy , if the wanted to!!!All in all we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!! Everyone agreed, it was one of our best stay in Rosemary!!!!

The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the home was in a great location! No fault to the owners but the alarm that goes off to the pool is very annoying and incredibly loud. The house overall was very comfortable I could have stayed there for a month and felt right at home. It would have been a nice touch if there were containers to keep left overs in and actual set of glass cups for nice dinners at the house instead of random plastic cups from previous people who stayed there. We had a few things that needed to be fixed and the rental company did an incredible job fixing it right away. One thing I would like to add to be cautious of is the carriage house door. It randomly locks at times with no rhythm or reason. So always make sure you have the key with you and don’t accidentally leave it in the house.

It is less than a minute walk to the beach access, which made beach days extremely easy as we could walk back and forth if we forgot anything. Management group was very helpful, and communicated very well. We look forward to coming back to stay again!

Reviewer Comments: The house is nice at first glance and location to the beach is fantastic. When you walk in the house it is impressive. What isn't impressive is the service. We had a ceiling fan in our main room blowing at high speed with no way in turning it off. A broken window that wouldn't close, a leaky faucet. A dirty pool and cockroaches in the top floor laundry .This was all after they made sure to mention that we can't check until a certain time because they walk through the house to make sure everything is in working order. It wasn't.The staff did address the broken window, but we had to sleep with a fan blowing full speed in our face for 3 days waiting for someone to fix the wall switch. Our kids swam in the pool. The next day the pool guy says stay out of the pool because they had to shock the pool water and treat it. There were other issues. We were without a pool for a couple days.When I addressed the concerns and issues and request for partial refund with 30A, after our stay, they accepted no responsibility. They said cockroaches are a part of florida and minimalist everything else as the things mentioned are normal somehow.We will be back to the area however we will NOT rent from 30A. We will not rent because of their response and lack of really caring. The management service was typical and expected, but I was hoping they would make it right. They didn't.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved almost everything about this house with the exception of the door alarms that lead to the pool. Florida law requires door alarms if you don't have a fence around a pool so I understand but during Thanksgiving week when the weather was cool and beautiful, it was torturous to not have the ability to open the doors for alfresco dining...We had 3 kids 10 and under in our party and it was also hard for them to reach the button to disable the alarm so they could enter/exit the door leading the the pool patio. With that being said, I am still rating the home 5 stars because the space was so comfortable for us. The location is perfect and the flow of the house is great for large families or multiple families. We all had plenty of privacy, sound did not travel through the house and the kids had a blast. Note- the fireplace was not working, neither was the gas grill. The management company brought us a portable grill and mentioned both items were being worked on. We also did not have access to park in the garage as we thought we would with our open air Bronco..The pool heater however worked FABULOUSLY. Thank you 30A Luxury Vacations.
