I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved coming here== our 3rd time. Everything went smoothly and we loved it. Feedback? 2 small things:-no shampoo was supplied, just bath soap-key return: it would be awesome if we could just leave the keys in the house rather than make the long drive up to Gualala to the office to drop them off. it always adds about 20 min to our drive back to SF.

We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location of the house is excellent - cited far away from other houses, total silence, views of the water, and a three minute walk to the ocean walking path. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook any meal with ease. The only nit is the house, particularly the bathrooms, could use a refresh, but everything functions and the house was spotless.

Reviewer Comments: Amazing location, 30m walk to the Lodge, great views from the window bench and the main bedroom. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely fireplace. Furniture and decor is dated but comfy. Easy check in and out.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy walking on the bluff trail, this house doesn't have quick or easy access to the trail. The beds are very close to the ground making it difficult to get out of. (At least for the 70's and over crowd). The kitchen is poorly equipped and the knives were quite dull, easy to fix so why don't they?
