Watch the Waves Crash from this Ocean View, Dog-Friendly Home!

The property definitely does not look like the pictures , which are heavily rendered. The forniture and appliances are pretty old and in bad shape, the fan was so dusty we did not dare turn it on and the dryer filter was not clean. The overall footage is small and if you are a family, like us, it would not be convenient. Finally, the code they provided for the door was wrong and I had to call Meredith to get another one. The position in front of the ocean and walking distance from cafe and bakery is nice.

The location close to the ocean and excellent views from the many windows in the house stood out.

Great location! The house could use some updating/new rugs but overall the house was clean, accommodating, and had great ocean views.

The location was perfect but the house was a bit run down. A bit of maintenance would be good and replacing the mattress in the downstairs bedroom would be ideal.

Amazing location ... great views, close to park, shops and restaurants. Next to oceanfront walking path and nearby natural area. Property clean and comfortable. Our party of 4 adilts snd 2 children very much enjoyed themselves and would definitely return!

The wall of windows overlooking the ocean was a joy to gaze out. Loved the location as it was super close to walk to town. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need to cook with. One of the best houses we’ve rented where it didn’t smell like dogs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

While the location was nice and close to town, the property was not kept up and the pictures do not indicate the state of disrepair. I've provided my feedback to the property management company and shared pictures of the issues we encountered.

This was the 2nd year in a row we have stayed in this property for the 4th of July holiday, the house itself is nothing fancy, furniture could use an update as it is not very comfortable, but in the end location makes this a perfect place to stay.

The location of the house is great! Yachats is a great town due to its awesome vibe! The house is with a view of the ocean - sort of. Sitting in the first floor the ocean isn’t very visible - but yes from the second floor! Loved the Yachats vibe - definitely a gem on the Oregon Coast !

We loved this place! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals without a hassle, that was a nice touch. Loved the tub too, the view was amazing.
