Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay, and we were completely happy with the property. We had a great time in Yachats! Two minor things that did not influence our stay, but you probably want to be aware of if you are not already. The drain in the main shower is partially clogged and water backs up during the shower. Probably just needs some liquid drain cleaner. The second thing was we noticed that the clothes dryer shut off after a short period without things being completely dry. Your house cleaners might have noticed the same thing. Again, these are totally minor and not a compliant at all. We love the place and hope to stay there again in the future.

Awesome quiet location with a beautiful view. Patio furniture would be an awesome addition as well as better indoor seating but hey.. look at that view! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. We would love to return here over and over again :)

Beautiful sunsets. So many flowers on grounds brings about a half dozen or more hummingbirds. Such a treat to watch. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels. The house was very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Most definitely would rent again.

The Interior of the house is comfortable, clean, and functional. But the outside..... the view from the picture windows and balcony....... It elevated our vacation from a lovely stay to a luxury high end experience. Unforgettable.

We love staying in Yachats at Bella Vista...our 5th time, and we hope not our last.

Also I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and not once were we asked to strip the beds and do the laundry especially after paying a 290.00 or whatever it was fee!!!!!!

Pilot light on stove would not light and Peter sent someone immediately over to the house to fix it! Really enjoyed our stay! I only give a three for quality of furniture because the reclining sofa no longer reclines on either left or right side. Last couple years one side still worked but neither side worked this time.

I stayed here for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday with our kids and his parents. I'd previously stayed here over 5 years ago with our infant daughter during 4th of July. This is such a great little house. It's very clean and well-appointed with anything you might need. My only complaints would be the dim lights over the sink/vanity in the master bathroom (you'll want to bring a lighted mirror) and that the house isn't exactly safe for kids with all of the outlets and wires running to and fro, so make sure to never take your eyes off of your littles! Otherwise, we enjoyed the views, the closeness to shops in Yachats, and that the house is in a safe zone from a tsunami in the event of the big one. I hope to make this our regular house rental on the coast.

Peaceful, comfortable, spacious. Great homebase for visiting coastal sights. A greater selection of channels on DISH would be great!

The sound of the ocean from the house is calming. Love the house with the rugs and folk art. Very comfortable. Lots of light. Good for cooking supplies

Views did not disappoint! Lush gardens and beautiful sunsets overlooking Yachats and the ocean. Convenient location but quiet and private. House was lovely, bigger and nicer than I expected. BYO shampoo etc., which the instructions are clear about. They include paper products and linens and stuff.
