Great communication and a relaxing place to stay.

Great value, remodeled older house We had the lower level it’s a daylight basement on a hillside. The backyard is much quieter than the front it’s nice. The backyard borders on a horse arena interesting to watch it’s almost 100 yards away.

Host was very accommodating! Asked if we could check in early host made it happen. Quick respond Lots of amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

The host was amazing and very clear communication. The dishwasher was still going and dirty dishes put away in the cupboard. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The place could use some TLC.

The owners were very accommodating and helped me gat through a very tough situation! I really appreciated their flexibility. The place was perfect and fit our needs. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great place! The beds were all very comfy and it was clean. The host was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fine. Getting out of the driveway was a challenge at times. Spiders after a rain.

We enjoyed ourselves at this rental property. The one thing that keeps me from giving it a 5 star review is the because the upstairs guests/tenant decided to throw a party Thursday night and we could hear them from all hours of the night. I knew we would hear some noise due to staying in the basement but I didn’t realize that we would have people upstairs having a party on a Thursday night. The location of the property is on a busy road and that was mentioned to us before check in. That aspect did not bother us and we were able to get in and out of the driveway easily. You had to walk down stairs to get to the entrance of the basement. My mother has health concerns and it would have been nice to have a railing to hold onto while walking up and down the stairs. The bedrooms were nicely updated and the single bathroom was spacious enough to not be a problem to have one bathroom during our stay. Communication with the owner of the property was great and we had no issues with getting into the rental. Overall we enjoyed our time at this location.

Unfortunately, our experience at this property didn’t meet expectations. We had difficulty getting timely access, as the host was unresponsive despite multiple messages and calls. We eventually received the entry codes only after leaving a voicemail. The unit is located in a basement beneath another home, and we experienced significant noise from the upstairs residents throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the dishwasher and dryer were not emptied prior to our arrival, which was inconvenient.

Beds were great. Microwave did not work, shower was horrible. I’m 5 7 and it was hard to shower in such a small area. Not ADA at all. Plenty linens. Extremely clean. I probably would not stay again. Heard every move from above rental. Busy street in front of rental. Just not the total package.

When we got to the house after 4, as per request, we didn’t have the codes to get in. I had to message them 3 times with no response and then track their number down to call them. They had a sign to not wear shoes in the rental. That was not my favorite because of a foot injury I have. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned. It had food stuck to the counter next to the sink, crumbs on the counters, the fridge was dirty inside and leaked water on the floor. They asked us to start the dishwasher before we left but it hadn’t even been unloaded. The outlets in two of the rooms would spark if anything was plugged in and it was missing outlet covers in places. For the price I paid, I was hoping for a better situation.

The space was clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space. I would say, whoever was upstairs in the upstairs unit was loud. But other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Overall, our stay was fine as it was just one night. We were given check in/access instructions the morning of check in. The basement unit was nice. It could use a bit more attention to detail with cleaning, particularly in the kitchen (top of the fridge). Also, there were several electrical outlets throughout the unit missing covers. This could be a safety issue with small children.

Great location and place to stay for what we needed. Margaret and Dave were fantastic and helpful!!! Will stay again if possible on next SLC trip!!!

Great stay near airport with 4 big beds.

Margaret was prompt to respond and brought a can opener and extra blankets. Everything was clean and spacious and as advertised in the description. Our family of 3 adults, 3 teenagers, and a child fit perfectly sharing the 4 queen beds available in three bedrooms. They had a ton of towels and pillows! Will stay again when visiting SLC. My family of seven stayed for one night before being at a memorial service the next day. The code we were given didn’t work, but the owners answered the phone right away and gave us a new code that worked great. The house was clean with a large backyard and we all slept great. Thanks!
