Modern House, Fully Fenced, Private Balcony, Fire Pit, Close to Ski Resorts

The house was great would definitely stay there again Jake is an excellent host had an issue with trying to get the heaters on so I called and he answered right away we where able to talk and figure something out

Our family came to stay for a ski trip and to visit family in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay and Jake our host was welcoming and attentive! The check out process was extremely easy which is always nice with how much there can be to do before catching flights at the end of a trip.

The host was very responsive and accomodating before and during our trip. When the heat wasn't working properly in one of the bedrooms, he had someone out to service it very quickly. The individual temperature control in every room was a nice feature. The kitchen was terrific. This spacious house was the perfect setting to gather for an intimate celebration of two families joining together for our son's wedding weekend.

Everything about this rental was exceptional. The host was immediately available to address our needs and a pleasure to deal with. The rental was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the backyard, fire pit and trampoline for the kids. The beds were super comfortable, the amenities plentiful ( a flat iron and yoga mats for instance). Will definitely be back.

Jake’s home was so great! It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had great extras like fun outdoor games, all soaps needed, seasonings, cozy heavy warm throw blankets, laundry detergent and even Qtips! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and will definitely return if we are in the area again! Jake’s communication was also excellent and appreciated. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayes here for the utah sate fair demolition derby which we drive in now asise from a hot tub agyer being slammed arou d in an arena thaw shower steamer is amazing, rooms are cozy and really enjoyed the house overall and neighborhood friendly and great location woll go again for sure and recommend

We were so impressed with the space but more importantly Jake’s responsiveness. We an issue with the AC and he immediately took action to get it fixed. Wasted no time to get on property and problem solve. We had a few questions and was quick to answer. We were impressed with small details like having kid friendly markers and paper so that we didn’t worry about our 2 year old ruining anything. Other things like having q-tips and plenty of garbage bags for us to use. The backyard space was amazing! We had a view of the mountain tops and a huge tree for shade almost all day. A great little oasis in the city. We come to Utah often and will definitely rent this house again.

We stayed for a week during a work conference and loved this property! It’s cute, it’s clean and each room has its own temp control. Jake was easy to work with and available, if needed. The backyard is private and we had a great stay!

Great house and location. Close to airport, ski resorts and restaurants. We had 6 adults with plenty of room. Jake is very good at communicating. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was lovely and inviting. Everything was set up for us. The owner went out of his way with a kind gesture when we made an inquiry. The location was pretty close to Everything we wanted to see and do and best of all 10 minutes from my best friends house.

Jack is very responsive. Supplies are well-stocked. We are happy with our stay. Convenient location to many grocery stores and the cottonwood canyons.

Close to everything, backyard is huge and roomy for very active kids to run around in. Felt very safe and secure. Host was great and responsive to child’s active imagination.

My siblings and I had to gather quickly from across the country to see a family member that is not doing well. This was a comfortable place to be together. Oversized bedrooms and a big kitchen provided exactly what we needed.

Our only complaint is having no pantry items such as spices. Great location easy to get in and out of. Host was good to work with.
