Stayed Jan 12, 2026The house is absolutely perfect. The inside is fresh, clean, and organized. Plenty of room for all. The outside is perfect for family/friend activities. Hot tub, fire pit, bbq area. The safety of the gate surrounding the property offered privacy and security. The host was kind and very informative. Communication was instant when I had questions. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting New Braunfels.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Lovely home, tastefully decorated. Clean and inviting. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. One of my favorite Vrbos I’ve stayed in. The hot tub was awesome, showers had great water pressure, lots of comfortable seating inside & out. The only items I’d suggest adding are additional large coffee mugs, and a hairdryer. I brought mine just in case, but usually a dryer is available on site.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025My family and I gathered at the river to celebrate my late son’s birthday because he loved floating the river. This property was exactly what my family needed. There were many places on the property for gathering in large and small groups. Everything you need is provided by the hosts. We will stay here again! Thanks for the memories.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025This property was such a fun place to stay! The hot tub fit all 8 people, plenty of seating for snores night by the fire pit, and very good room set up to flow easily. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and was able to get maintenance to the house very quickly for a minor issue (the shower curtain rod fell prior to our arrival). The location is in walking distance to fun places and you can see deer on the property! Just make sure the gate is closed to keep them off the property, they will come in.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025I stayed at the Warnecke House with my husband, children, parents, and brother/sis-in-law. It was the perfect spot for all of us to have time together but also have separate space. The home was very clean and spacious. We didn’t use the outdoor space much due to rain, but the home has great outdoor space and a hot tub. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 28, 2025The house was larger and nicer than we expected! The bathrooms were cleaned and the balcony was very cozy for slow mornings. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also very spacious. Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Everything was immaculate and nicely done. We had 4 teen girls and the floor plan, hot tub and fire pit were perfect. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the stairs were a little dangerous. My elderly parents came to visit and were unable to go down the stairs without being supported by 2 people. The girls slipped on the stairs coming up from the hot tub in the dark. Hopefully they can put some non-slip something on them. Also the kitchen was not very well stocked. They have things like a crock pot and a hand mixer, but no glassware and few kitchen utensils.
