A wonderful stay, great communication, all the amenities needed. The bed was AMAZING and so nice to come home to after being busy all day. Loved the backyard. Quiet location - a little road noise from nearby highway but it wasn’t bothersome at all & I’m a lighter sleeper. Thanks so much!

House was a little smaller & older than expected narrow bdrms & bathrooms . But it was clean & well stocked with what we needed, & the location was great for us. easy access to the frwy & the city . Nice quiet neighborhood

Loved the walking trail and easy access! Close to dining and interstate. Only recommendations would be extra towels/wash cloths and laundry detergent for the onsite washer/dryer. Beautiful neighborhood!

The place was great it was close to everything and fully stocked with all of the kitchen appliances you could possibly need. The only suggestion is to add more towels, she only provided one towel per guest and we stayed over a week so we had to wash the towels quite often.

The location was perfect. It was quaint and charming and close to family members. Being at the end of the cul de sac was quiet and very refreshing with all the beautiful trees. Big backyard and a nice deck. The beds were comfortable. Nice size kitchen with a big refrigerator and well stocked. TVs in each bedroom and a large tv in the living room.

Vanessa was very easy to communicate with. The house was nice and had everything we needed. The backyard was nice for the toddlers to run around in because it was fenced. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house!

Property worked out well for location to family

Although it was an older property, it suited our needs well - four 60 women who like to eat, shop and explore. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush and plentiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all we wanted to do. Nothing fancy but was everything we needed.

This property was very clean. Our host was in constant contact. The location was perfect. There was a walking trail right outside the door. The house was nestled in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants were easily accessible by car. There was a very nice back deck that allowed for evening relaxation in nature. The yard was well kept with a fence for privacy.The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, glassware, and condiments.I would definitely recommend the property for a small family or a few adults needing a place to gather after a day of conferences or just exploring the area. I stayed with my daughter , son in law and grandsons and we had a great time. Wonderful yard for little ones to play , Comfortable Beds and Well Stocked Kitchen!

The home is in a nice safe area. Right next to a walking trail. Convenient to downtown Kansas City. The home has everything you need to cook, etc. The host is very responsive.

The only issue I encountered was the odor; otherwise, everything was satisfactory, except for the garage, which I found to be a bit small.While the property is located in a cul-de-sac, it is situated near the highway, resulting in a significant amount of noise disturbance.

The overall stay was good. The house was older, but clean. Wasn’t there to entertain or for a modern stay. The purpose of the stay was to be close family and have a place close by to sleep while family is in the ICU at KU Med. The place served is purpose as needed.
