Stayed May 28, 2026This sweet little house was a perfect home base while we were in town for our son's wedding. We've stayed in several vrbo's and this was the most comfortable, clean & well appointed rental we've had. The beds are super comfortable, there were plenty of spaces, dishes, even laundry soap! The neighborhood is cute and amazingly quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to town for visits.

Stayed May 7, 2026Really cute place. Great neighborhood with a really good location. House was SUPER clean. It was perfect for our small family. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were modern. Little touches like extra linens, ice cream gift card and popcorn were very appreciated! Will stay again.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was so cute and lots of updates. We were centrally located to easily go downtown or to Overland Park area. Our college aged kids came by to celebrate a birthday and loved the downstairs set up! Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Stayed Mar 13, 20254 of us for an extended weekend getaway. This was the cutest place and it was perfect for our girlfriends weekend. Close to the Plaza and not a bad drive to Legends for shopping. Very nice neighborhood, too.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024This is the cutest, coziest home in a peaceful neighborhood close enough to everywhere we planned to visit in KC during our stay. The home had everything needed to cook and enjoy meals, nothing was missed. The basement was perfect for our 18 year old son, he had complete privacy with his own bathroom. We did notice a couple of items needed some cleaning attention, some linens in the basement and refrigerator shelves. The fully appointed laundry room helped with throwing things in the wash and all was good. The natural wood floors are gorgeous but they do creak quite a bit so be aware if you have a light sleeper you are trying to be silent around. Thank you to the owner for the gift that was left for us, this home was the perfect home away from home. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to!
