House was clean and close to the village.

Our host, Kevin, was great! He responds quickly to any question we have and is friendly and supportive in every way.The house is a real gem. It's very comfortable and clean. You really feel that your ae at home. It's super close to the water, fabulous restaurants, the large, nice grocery store as well as great shopping storesWe will stay there again (already booked for next year and I highly recommend it.

Second time staying here and it is fantastic. The owner is great and is very quick in responding to questions. Home is very clean and organized. You can just walk in the door and be at home. They have everything you would need to have a relaxing vacation. Will be back again.

This is the third time we've rented this house. It's great for families, plenty of room and close to everything in York. The house is comfortable and well kept. And, it's just steps from the Wiggly Bridge and a short drive to Long Sands and Short Sands beaches. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We will be back!

House was perfect for our family ranging from 22-87 years old. There was enough space for everyone to have privacy while offering enough spaces for us to gather. Location was terrific - convenient to everything we wanted without being loud or busy. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here. We find the house perfect for our family of four. We love the location- a walk down to the water and close to the center of town and several nearby towns. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. Kevin is very responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

It has a great location ( near the Wiggly Bridge and beautiful harbor area). The house has been updated and is roomy and comfortable. You have the reall feeling of being in a home - not a rental on the road. We will definitely will be back. You won't be disappointed!!!!

We were so happy to be in this beautiful part of Maine in such a fine spot. We were under 10 minutes from the highway and yet it was a magical location. We loved the wiggly bridge and enjoyed lovely walks to the various water views. The house was perfectly comfortable - good beds, comfortable blankets and towels, the very basics in the kitchen. It was a great trip!

Lovely property around the corner from Wiggly Bridge. Easy walk to York Harbor Beach. Kevin was easy to reach and was fast responding to any issues. The property was newer and updated compared to many in the area and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property close to York Harbor Beach, York Village and with easy access to long and short sands beaches as well as Nubble light. Nice for walking to Wiggly Bridge and other scenic trails. Very clean and comfortable.

The cottage looks out over a salt pond, and has been completely updated and well appointed to take care of any and every need. We loved our 15 minute walk along the harbor canal straight to york harbor beach. We spent the day agter lunch on the front porch, reading books and taking a dip at the beach. Then we walked across the wiggly bridge to the nature preserve exploring the maine shore birds. We spent some time in the spectacular ogunquit art museum, drinks at the cliff house and then lobster at barnacle billies. Everything was delicious.We are old friends from unh and could not have had more fun if we tried. Thank you for sharing your gem by the harbor.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is very cozy and comfortable. It is convenient to all the beaches and activities in York but on a quiet street near the Wiggly Bridge. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Kevin’s home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, cozy and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable along with the living room areas. The lay out is perfect for all to be together but yet have a little space. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Kevin!
