Walking Distance To Live Music!

Huge kitchen. Lots of towels. Very nice and wheelchair friendly. The bathrooms were not big enough to get the electric wheelchair in. But other than that it was great. And so close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this full house rental near Ninth Street in Austin. The location was excellent and easily walkable to so many fun places, restaurants, and local spots.The house was very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of toiletries, towels, and extra touches throughout the home. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra fans, as well as having a washer and dryer available.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay in a great location. We would definitely book it again.

Beds were comfortable. The house was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again…it was clean on the surface, but not really clean. For example, I attempted to use a plate from inside the cabinet, picked up the plate and it was clean on top and had large pieces of food stuck to the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. Location was convenient. I know I’m picky and like a really clean space.

We went for the weekend, You can walk to 6th Street and has great food places near by.

The location and view of the city from the front porch is amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunset and the night sky from the porch. It’s an easy drive into the city and walking distance to live music and great restaurants.

Stay was great! View of the City at night was Amazing. The only improvement would be to upgrade the mattress to something a little more comfortable.

This was a great location walkable to so many great things around East 6th St. The kitchen was nice and spacious and had the things we needed. We stayed as a family and were comfortable.

Very clean and roomy, nice quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, etc. Had everything we needed.

Drove 5 hours to see Phish in concert- great to have this place to rest and easily get to the concert and surrounding Austin action.

We were there for the State Track and Field Meet, and it was a great location to stay! It’s about a mile of so from the track stadium. Lots of activities and restaurants were close by. I would stay here again!

Great location! Easy walk to food and music!

As advertised! There is plenty of entertainment a short walk away. A short drive, ride or scooter to UT and other Austin locations. The house was clean and beds were comfortable, and the host was responsive to any questions we had.
