Location is perfect, just a short walk from Sumter Landing town square with a host of restaurants and shops plus free music every evening in the square.A car is essential if you wish to access the many Country Clubs in the area for dining and/or golf...the property itself is maintained to a high standard and there is cable tv plus a nice outside courtyard with furniture for relaxing in the sun....highly recommended.

Shower head in master bath needs work, plus faucets in bathrooms. Needed a new iron, pots & pans & more dish towels. Flat tire on bikes, no bbq as listed.

Reviewer Comments: I booked to stay for November and December but had to return home in early December.I had stayed in the house last year and it was good to see the makeover that had taken place since then...everything was new and **** and span with additional outside furniture for relaxing in the sun.Location is great being just a 5 minute walk from Sumter Landing town square and many restaurants with Win Dixie supermarket just a 1/4 mile away, plus several Country Clubs within short driving distances.The property has been superbly maintained and is in a quiet road with friendly neighbours.

Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom/ 2 Bathroom layout with large open plan kitchen/dining/living area and outside garden area is perfect for a relaxed holiday...in a quiet location but just a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and shops at Sumter landing plus a Winn Dixie supermarket a 2 minute drive favourite restaurant is The Chop House but R.J. Gators and The Lighthouse are good fast food places...I also tried the Thai and Japanese restaurants but the food was not to my taste...there are a number of Country Clubs a short drive away which have very good dining options, Mallory Hill being close by.

Enjoyed our stay. House was nicely decorated and furnished. The private back yard was great and location within walking distance to town square was a plus. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed
