Stayed Oct 7, 2025Loved the villa, only wish was that it had 2 beds in one of the bedrooms making the capacity of 4 adults more comfortable. As it was, one guest had to sleep on the couch. Everything else about the propert was great.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024The house was great and an awesome location you can walk to Lake Sumter Landing. You will not be disappointed. The Villages is great and always fun, the golf is great as well as the Golf and Restaurants

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home.It is actually a lot nicer than the photos, and the outside area is wonderful.The only thing we would have liked, was some nicer sun lounger furniture to enjoy the very spacious yard area.

Near transportation depot took many great trips offered by Workman Transportation. Near Lake Miona and Canal Landing for recreational centers. Close to lots of restaurants in Sumter Landing within walking distance. Very private, little interaction with neighbors but all in all people in the Villages are nice and friendly.

Always clean and organized with a large patio and screened in area.Located so close to Lake Sumter Town Square that it is an easy walk to square.The home is just the right size for us.

It is a lovely home and the lani has a birdcage area that is great for enjoying your morning coffee or eating a meal. The only question we had was that the add showed a flat screen TV in the second bedroom and there was none. Our Granddaughter visited us for the weekend and we were disappointed she had no TVV in her room.

The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We spent many mornings on the screened lania and enjoyed the beautifully landscaped and lighted back patio. You can walk to Lake Sumter town square. There is a road right behind the wall but you get use to the noise. Would definitely recommend renting this home from Down Under Properties.
