A great house. Easy walk downtown and very easy communicating with host!

Perfect spot for us. Far enough away where you didn’t hear the noise of downtown, but close enough to be convenient. Host was very communicative and we had no problems checking in and checking out. The yard is fully fenced so that was nice where you don’t have to worry about people wandering through the backyard as there is an open space behind the property. Also the house is very clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house in a great neighborhood and location. My wife and I stayed with her parents - downstairs bedroom and bathroom was perfect for them and having 2 upstairs bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms was also great - plenty of room. Highly recommend if staying in Wilmington.

The house is really cute and clean. There was plenty of room for us.I didn’t realize it’s a little far to walk to downtown (especially in the heat) but we used Uber.Would stay there again.Alexandra was super responsive and helpful!

Beautiful home on a quiet street. Was the perfect place for us when we came for a brief stay. Would be comfortable for an extended stay as well. Clean, bright, well-furnished, lovely home.

Home was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. Very clean. Nice linens and comfortable mattresses. Cute front porch with swing and backyard space was comfortable and pet friendly. Great location to walk and explore. Communication with home owner was very timely and easy. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This is a beautiful home with great proximity to everything! The home was very clean and well appointed! It was nice to have three bathrooms for our party of 6 adults! While staying here, we had easy access to all local attractions, restaurants and even the beaches! The airport is located within 4 miles, as we had two guests flying in. Our host, Alexandra, was attentive to any needs we may have had. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting Wilmington!

House was clean and had everything we needed. Pet friendly. Neighborhood was quiet with no issues on street parking. Short drive to riverwalk area (we would have walked but very hot). Our property manager responded very quickly to any of my issues. Gina
