This cottage is in an awesome location! Corner lot is huge! Walk to the pool. Two bedroom two bath home with a den with everything you need to enjoy a great visit! Carpet throughout the home with really lovely and very comfortable furniture. Dining table seats six. Living and dining combination. Kitchen has nice appliances with flat top cooking - closet pantry. Master bedroom has a king bed with a large walk in closet, bathroom has walk in shower with glass doors, dual vanities! Pull out queen in the guest room.
Come and play golf, relax, enjoy the sun! Plenty of pools and recreation indoors.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival.     The property management people were great. Quick torespond and got things fixed as needed.Having to drive 7miles round trip to get our mail was ridiculous especially since the regular mailbox for the house is 100 feet away.

    Great location, very neat and clean, A/C worked great, comfortable beds, nice screened in lanai for coffee in the morning. All in all a great place to stay.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and as advertised by property manager. While advertised as pet (dog) friendly we did not detect any pet odor(s) or pet hair which was an initial concern. A plus not reflected in the pictures is the fact that washer & dryer are inside the home where it is nice and cool rather than in the garage. Full two-car garage is a plus allowing room for both the golf cart and renter's vehicle. This location is equal distance between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool...a two-minute walk. The golf cart was fun, easy to operate and goes a long way on very little gas. I have no problems recommending this location for a couple or family.

The adult pool is located just steps away from the residence for easy access. My stay was very enjoyable and would stay here again!

    Very comfortable home with a great golf cart. Pool was walking distance as it’s behind a hedge in the back yard. Will rent here again when I go back!

    Great location. Golf cart convenient. House cluttered disguised as decor. Carpet stains and chairs stained which we tried to clean.
