This was our second time booking. We knew what to expect and the hosts and property did not disappoint. Hosts are accommodating and welcoming. The property very clean and perfect for our family to gather in. We enjoy the proximity to downtown and Cranmore.

We had an amazing experience at Steve and Karen’s home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculately clean, modern, updated interior with very thoughtful, special touches. We felt welcomed, comfortable and truly at home. The location is ideal with easy access to everything including Mt Cranmore, Conway Railroad, Nestlenook Farm, Attitash as well as a 5/10 min walk to the village with all the shops/restaurants/bars/gallery’s a family needs for a perfect getaway. The property itself is fantastic, well maintained and in a lovely neighborhood. It’s an open floor plan that is modern with every convenience imaginable. There is also a fun Rec room stocked with comfortable furniture, games and a pool table for evening family time. PLENTY of space for a large family. Hosts Steve and Karen set a high standard for owners. They are professional, personable and incredibly friendly. Their commitment to ‘guest’ satisfaction is evident. For our large family of 8 adults and 2 small children, this was easily the best rental experience we’ve ever had!

The hosts made everything so easy for us to check in and out. The kitchen is well appointed and having 3 bathrooms made life easier. The bedrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

Steve and Karen were awesome hosts! We stayed here for a family getaway and house set up was perfect walking distance to all the shops. House was VERY clean. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you

Great place to stay. There were nine of us, 3 kids, 6 adults - plenty of room! Easy walk to town. Huge back yard with lots of toys for kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly flexible with our arrival, which made our trip so much easier. The house itself is beautifully maintained and had everything we needed-fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and all the amenities you could ask for. Our kids especially loved the games provided, with the pool table being a big hit! The location is perfect, within walking distance to town. I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The hosts were great with communication through out the stay. We ended up during a snow storm and they were very timely about cleaning the driveway. Overall a very clean and well maintained property.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, neat & clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Has a fun game room with pool table. Also very close to ski areas and North Conway center. Would definitely go back.

My extended family had the coziest winter weekend. The open concept was the perfect set up for all of us to congregate close to the fireplace. There was a spot for everyone to be comfy. We spent one afternoon tubing at cranmore which was a quick 3 minute drive from the house. The house was immaculate and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for all of us- every family had their own room. The kids loved playing in the spacious basement, and the pool table was an added perk! All around great weekend and we’re hoping to make it an annual tradition! Highly recommend this property.

This home has a warm, comfortable, spacious floor plan for spending time together. Beautifully decorated and impeccably kept. Proximity to mountain and town very convenient. Our family gathered for skiing, snowboarding, and game playing around the fireplace. The home contributed to making the trip memorable and successful.

We have stayed here several times with our children and some other families. The house is really close to Cranmore as well as a short walk to town. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen area makes this house feel warm and cozy but never crowded.Property is very clean (no shoes allowed in the house) and well maintained. Owners are friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

We are a party of family and friends that travel to North Conway for an annual shopping weekend .. This home was perfect ! Comfortable , spotless , beautiful and cozy ! Steve and Karen have a lovely property in the heart of North Conway, which is a quaint town with great views, restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, spacious and inviting. I'd highly recommend it!

This is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair, travel crib, and kid friendly cups/plates/utensils! The location is perfect and the space was ideal for our family. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

This was our 2nd time staying in this awesome home. Plenty of room in the house and the backyard for our family which included 4 grandchildren ages 3 months old to 6. House was immaculate and offered everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Walked downtown to the playground, the coffee shop and the stores numerous times when the weather cooperated. Owners were very responsive to questions we had during our stay and it is very apparent with the pride they take in maintaining their home for others to enjoy. Thank you Karen & Steve!

Loved everything about this place. Had everything we needed, was close to town and was very clean which is very important to us.

I think this our fourth time staying here and as always, it did not disappoint. The location is great, nearby to the busy route 16 area but in a quiet neighborhood. The home is always clean and very comfortable. There were seven of us and there is plenty of room if you all want to be together or if you want some private time, too. The hosts are fabulous to work with and want you to enjoy their home and this is obvious in all aspects of the rental process, along with the comfy home feeling from the very moment you walk in.
