Very clean and great location.

We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back! The kitchen had everything had everything we needed, the space was perfect was perfect for 4 adults and our small dogs. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere!

We had a wonderful stay here in this homey yet artsy cottage in a beautiful historic neighborhood. The gorgeous beach is an easy walk and the charming downtown is, too. Many local restaurants and shops to enjoy. Big fenced yard for our little dog, too! Unqualified recommendation. We hope to return soon!

It's a cute little house in a quiet neighborhood and very walkable to downtown and the beach. We are repeat visitors and will be back!

The property is located in a great neighborhood of St Joseph, close to Silver Lake Beach and Lyons Beach. Very family friendly Nice living area, dining area, good kitchen and bathroom. Enclosed back yard and garage.

The good: very clean, beautiful dining table,and large renovated bathroom. Host is quick with communication. And the backyard is a nice size even for our 2 50 lb dogs. The not as good: one of the beds is beyond needful a new box spring as it groans & creaks with any movement . You need to make your own beds upon arrival. Found 2 unclean coffee cups and a plate with a large chip. Backyard is not lighted and does not have direct access from house--you need to use side door to get to a sidewalk to unlatch the fence. Still a wonderfully fenced backyard, just not as convenient as simply letting the dogs out . Best part: wonderful area to walk along the sidewalks and to the beach. A large walking path is accessible on top of the bluff near main street area and a more private one is down close to beach area. large

House was immaculate. The dining room, living were large & inviting with plenty of room. Definitely stay here again.

The house is cute and the location is great. The host was responsive and very nice. The furniture and linens need refreshing for a higher rating.

Great location with short walk to historic downtown area and Silver Beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Appreciated having a garage to park in.

We chose this rental for the location and it was PERFECT! Home is in a great neighborhood of historic homes just a short walk to Silver Beach (about 1/3 mile from the house to a spot on the beach) and to downtown shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely wonderful time!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Our Hostess was attentive to ensure our stay was perfect. The property and the neighborhood are charming and a short walk to downtown and the beach. The home was exactly as it was listed and delightful. Our 4yr enjoyed the childs area with a small table and chairs with books,toys and games. We are planning our next visit soon.
