The house we rented was a beautiful location with lakeside views. Great neighborhood for walking. The house was well stocked with paper products, towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. The host treated us to delicious cookies and a birthday cake for my husband. We had 6 adults and two children. Enough room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

Great location with some lake views and near downtown St. Joseph! Greg was very communicative and the house was clean. It had plenty of room for 5 adults.

Great location and super responsive owner. The set up of the house was great for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas (8 ppl). Lots of extra blankets, homemade cookies and they even put up a Christmas tree! The downfall for us was that we checked in around 6pm and it was 50 degrees in the house. We ate dinner wrapped in blankets and wore our jackets to stay warm. It reached acceptable temperature close to midnight. Greg was super responsive and we were so appreciative of his communication. The only other downfall was the cleanliness of the floors - they could use some attention. Despite the negatives, we would still recommend this place!

It was just as described in the listing. The location was terrific, with a view of the water from the dining area, a nice size back deck with grill and located in a very nice neighborhood. Close to all we wanted to do in St. Joseph. The house had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen, and in the basement we found beach towels and some sand toys for the granddaughter. Some nice extra touches too with beautiful fresh flowers on the dining table and a large container of delicious chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen table. The owner was great with staying in touch and answering any questions I had before our arrival. Instructions for entering the house were clear and arrived in a timely manner, and nice clear instructions on the checkout procedure was left right where we could find them. We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was perfect for family dinners and game nights. We loved that we could walk down the street to view the sunset every night. The house was clean and the property manager was excellent at communicating with us. It was close to the beach and downtown and was kid-friendly. We definitely recommend the cottage and look forward to renting it again.

Was a great stay, nice u could walk to see sunset. Short drive to all 3 beaches. Liked the large couch for family to sit all together in same room. Had everything we needed. Great time

We stayed with another family, and we always use Vrbo. We all agreed that this was our favorite home we have ever stayed in on vacation! The location was perfect, the house had a wonderful, cozy feel, and there was so much space to enjoy. We were so lucky to find this spot, it is a gem!

This cute cottage was perfect for our family vacation! We had nice morning walks with my grandchildren will the view of the lake and back for sunsets! We have had family vacations in St Joe for the last 10 years and this house was the best! It was stocked with everything you would need! The owner was great with communication and was there if you needed anything! I would highly recommend this house!
