Walk to Town from Beautiful Cottage w/ Guest House & A/C 3bed/3bath!

This is the most complete vacation house and attentive property manager period. The house was perfect and had everything you could ever want. The location is perfect. There is nothing more to say. Perfection!

We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Communication was easy, and the location was excellent. We could walk and bike to everything with ease - no car needed, as we only brought our bikes. It’s located on a more active road (relatively speaking, for Nantucket ), but it wasn’t disruptive at all. We especially enjoyed being close to the bike paths and having the option to walk into town. Highly recommend!

Stayed 2 weeks- fabulous as always!!

This is our third time staying at this wonderful property. Such a lovely spot close enough to walk to town, but far enough away to be relaxing. The backyard is lovely and there are ample bathrooms to make guests and teenagers happy!

This is our 3rd year at Michele’s fantastic home. The house is perfect, has everything anyone could ever want.The location is an easy walk to town and perfect access to the best beaches and bike paths. We absolutely love it!!

The house is beautiful and well-stocked. The host is extremely gracious & attentive. There is a new washer/dryer and a small dishwasher. It is a short walk to town. The guest house was especially lovely. The house is located on a busy thoroughfare and we had loud neighbors who were in close proximity, so our stay was not as peaceful as we had hoped.

Had a great experience at this Nantucket VRBO. It was clean, well-stocked and looked just like the pictures. An easy 15 minute or so walk to the town center. Would stay again!

Great for us as we came and went to all the wedding events while our adult daughter and our grandkids enjoyed the house, the backyard and the ( easy peasy) walks into town. How nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom— not often available. The separate ( but arm’s distance away) cottage allowed the kids to do their own thing while the adults had quiet space to read and relax.

Everything was wonderful! Host went above and beyond for us and our group. She was very helpful and generous! We enjoyed our welcome wine as well as all that she did for us. We had no issues during our stay and everything went very smoothly. The linens were great! The decor was adorable and the kitchens were well stocked. The only detail we would pass on to future guests is that it is not super close to downtown. It was a lovely walk when it wasn't raining! Not in the rain, with luggage! It is about a 15-20 min. walk. Also, the pictures don't show that the cottage is on a busy street. There is some road noise, it wasn't bad but it could be during the summer months. Overall, it was well priced for our sized group and we would recommend it to others. Thank you again for your hospitality Michelle, you were wonderful! Kristyn

On island for a wedding in September, unfortunately there was a tropical storm raining out the entire 3 day weekend. After some horrifying travel experiences, Michelle’s home was a SWEET and comfortable reprieve and charming home for us all to take comfort in. Michelle was so touching and thoughtful, leaving Nantucket themed gifts, a beautifully laid out closet and unpacking situation which made getting ready with 5 girls a dream, and she is the MOST responsive and attentive host, I will be booking this place again!!!!! Everything feels new and carefully looked after, the guest house was perfect for our pregnant couple, and I am just sad we couldn’t utilize the cute yard with the rain. But Michelle left so many amazing Nantucket suggestions in her guest book, thank you SO much!!!!

We had an amazing return stay to one of our favorite homes we have stayed in on the island. Very convenient walk to town and the various bike paths. The layout of the home with the separate cottage makes it very comfortable for everyone. The property is spotless and somehow avoids that musty feeling so many island properties have.

This is our 3rd year staying at 17 Quaker and the house keeps getting better and better! Michele is an absolute pleasure to rent from. Communication is perfect, the adorable house and guest house are immaculately clean, well stocked, comfortable and lovely. We had a fantastic week and hope to return next summer!

We had a great stay at this property. We were a bit worried as it’s on a busy street but was not bothered by it at all. We were able to walk down to Main Street and bike to many beaches. The inside was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we could need. The welcome gift was extremely thoughtful. We would definetily recommend this property.
