Walk to Tipitina's from a Cozy Uptown House

Pros: Good price, enough space, good location, the photos did represent. I did feel it was as advertised. For this alone, I would say 4 stars. Cons: My daughter had AWFUL allergies for our entire stay, not sure if that means it was dusty rugs or mold somewhere, etc. If you have anyone in your party with allergies, I would skip. If you are allergy-free, I would consider based on good location. I would have liked a dead bolt. I wouldn't call it exactly unsafe, but it is New Orleans and, like a hotel room, that would have made us feel better.

We had a great time staying here. It was just what we needed. The place was very clean and pleasant. I would love to stay here again if I come back to town.

We ard originally from Ne Orleans and were back in town for a wedding. House was perfect size for my husband, 19 year old and myself. Definitely recommend

The house was close to restaurants and the zoo. We enjoyed taking walks on Napoleon Ave and visiting shops on Magazine street. The house had comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Overall it was quiet at night. Definitely stay again.

My brother and I stayed here for several days/nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Plus the location worked out so well for us to hear music at Tips and spend some time Uptown and also in the Quarter.

Everything in the property was as-advertised! The house was clean and well-stocked. Perfect for two couples. House is very quiet given its proximity to Tchoup. Location is fantastic - very easy to walk to Magazine, Napoleon, St. Charles, and Freret, and the ~10 min walk to St. Charles gets you on the streetcar which can get you downtown. Also, super convenient being right across from Rouses. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was so wonderful loved the great charm but modern feel. Loved being able to walk to restaurants. GREAT location from or to anywhere. We would definitely rebook.

Home updated and very accommodating. No yard space. Street noisy during day, but quiet at night. Parking available on street.Home was across the street from warehouse with a nearby grocery. Felt safe. Easy drive to French Quarter (parking costly). Easy access to shops/restaurants in Garden District. We did a food tour, a swamp tour, and went to a Mardi Gras parade while there. Had lots of seafood! Enjoyable weekend!

Nice little shotgun style home with space enough for two people or a family of four. Very clean and they thought of everything you need... Did not disappoint. Only downfall was parking at times as it's street parking.
