Stayed Dec 20, 2024We had a wonderful time in New Orleans! The VRBO is located in a perfect spot to be able to walk anywhere. We had a large group of people and it was great to have so many bathrooms and bedrooms.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Amazing. Stayed here with 15 guys for a bachelor party during the French Quarter Festival. Prime location - was able to walk to EVERYTHING. Doors auto-lock, amenities on site and worked perfectly. Book marking this place to come again!

Stayed Jan 12, 2024Great house perfect for a large group with lots of space to sleep over 20 people comfortably. Mike made the check in and check out process very smooth and he was very attentive and helpful whenever we had questions. Great location close to the French quarter and walking distance to many NOLA attractions.

Stayed Nov 30, 2023Mike was AMAZING! Hes helpful, kind & a fast communicator. Anything we needed he had readily available. I cant express how wonderful he is. The house was clean and comfortable for all guests and a short walk to some real good times. If youre ever coming to New Orleans with a bigger group this place is way to go. 10/10

Stayed Jul 14, 2023The host is exceptional, creating a wonderful, easy experience. Comfort level was just like home. Safe and secure with keypad locks and three blocks from the police station, fire station. Parking was never an issue, thanks to the planning and execution of our host. Communication was top notch. We are natives of New Orleans, and this VRBO made coming home a perfect opportunity to relive our youth. Worth every penny. 40 nieces and nephews helped us celebrate my becoming an octogenarian. Thank you host and manager.

Stayed Apr 12, 2023All the positives outweigh the only negative which is that Rampart St can be a bit loud Other than that the house has 20 beds (could sleep 26) all very comfortable with two kitchens and a back patio . The host was very responsive and everything worked well.

Stayed Mar 3, 2023I just got back from my brothers bachelor party in NOLA, and I would highly recommend staying at one of Mike's properties. We rented the large party house and it was well worth it. Mike was very easy to work with and everything was exactly as expected. I will be recommending Mike's properties to firends.
