Stayed May 23, 2025This property is NOT within walkable distance to the river. It had to be at least 2 miles. House was nice. Gorgeous outside. Not a lot of seating inside. Bed is small. It was really weird to be staying in someones personal house.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Beautiful home! Everything was just as advertised. Its a lovely spacious home, all appliances/etc worked great, comfy bed, etc. Really liked the location being a little tucked away, but still having very easy and walkable access to most everything in San Marcos. Hope to be back!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025We stayed for one day so my son could enjoy the river for his spring break. This place was perfect for that and everything is very close by if you decide to Uber or walk. This place was very quite and relaxing.
