Stayed Jun 5, 2026We loved the quiet beautiful location very close to the historic homes from San Marcos. My group grew up in San Marcos so extra special memories might make this review be subjective. The house was perfect for our needs. Water pressure for the shower fantastic. My wife loved the interior decor. We had a great time and location was perfect!

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Came for a weekend trip to float the river with my two teenage kids. Had a great time! The house is close to the square for dining and entertainment. Had a sweet little family of deer in the yard. The house was perfect. Clean. Large bedrooms, perfect size kitchen, really cool decor. Kids and I loved it.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Homeowner reached out to me very quickly upon reserving the place. Nice finishings in this home along with a huge shower in bathroom #2. Didn't have any problems with WIFI tv and everything in the kitchen worked with everything we needed during our 2 night stay. Short drive to downtown and college campus was exactly what we were looking for.
