Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the private pool and all amenities. The garage is reserved for beach gear and games, but you can park up to 3 cars in the driveway.

A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking. If you would like to see it before booking, just message us and we'll be happy to send it in advance.

Cancellation Policies

For stays less than 28 days:
Full refund, including service fee, up to 30 days ahead of check in
50% refund of nightly charge up to 7 days ahead of check in, but service fee is non-refundable
No refund within 7 days of check in.

For stays 28 days or longer:
Full refund within 48 hours of booking.
No refund after 48 hours.
