The property is amazing! Great view, great location, great amenities. Our family vacationed for a week in this home away from home. We can’t say enough to describe how incredible our stay was. This home has everything that you need at your fingertips. We will vacation here again!!

Property was amazing and perfect for our party of 12 ranging from age 3-63. Kitchen had everything you need and house was very spacious. Lots of stuff for the beach, chairs, beach toys, etc. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to beautiful beach

We loved the location and the house was as advertised. We had an issue when the air conditioner didn’t work the first night but they got some one to fix it next day and then had dishwasher issues that took a couple days to get fixed. I do believe they did their best to get those things fixed as soon as possible. My feedback to the owners is around the bracelets for the swimming pool and private beach. There is a $25 charge per lost bracelet that are required to be worn yet slip off in the ocean. We lost a couple as kids played and they are going to charge us for them. I reached out and thought it was unfair to require bracelets to prove HOA compliance only to have bracelets that come off and get lost in the ocean. Also, the bracelets cost around 15 cents per bracelet, but they will charge us $25 to replace. I thought maybe I’ll order 100 of them and send them to the owners so they don’t have to charge future renters. I think they need to come up with a better system so it doesn’t feel like a way to get more money from their guests. It is a premium property and that is reflected in price of the house, It feels grabby to then charge us $100 to replace bracelets that probably cost under $1 to replace. Ultimately the $100 is peanuts in the scheme of things, but it just feels off. I hope this feedback is helpful for the owners.

Had a couple questions when we arrived, Vacation Haven answered right away. The whole place was very comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Excited to book our next trip back. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property that perfectly suited the needs of our family of 9. Location was very safe and a short walk to the beautiful beach. 3 levels means lots of stairs, but that provided some great exercise. Home was well appointed with just about everything necessary for cooking meals in and/ or barbecuing on the porch. Seating was comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong, and TV’s had plenty of channels. Great stay of a great property.

We enjoyed our stay with multiple families in this house. We had all ages and the house was great for a meals with kids (at the bar) and adults (at the table). The set up of the house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the small community feel that came with this community in Destin. The beach was not crowded even though it was spring break and check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was in a great location. Easy walk to the private beach and right across from the pool. We visited during spring break. This location allowed our older teens to walk and meet new people without staying on the main strip or heart of the parties. The neighborhood was quiet at 10 and the guards at the gate were always friendly. Would highly recommend!
