Stayed Nov 14, 2025Nice, clean home in great neighborhood. We did not know that it was managed by someone other than VRBO so we waited for check in instructions and never saw any. We then went into the booking and found a number to call and realized that the management company sends instructions through a different name and not through VRBO. That had us a little concerned, because our message through the VRBO app also went unanswered. Once, we called, all instructions were sent through the management company.

Stayed Jul 29, 2025Absolutely stunning stay at this house! The property boasts beautiful views of the Spring Lake, and the rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The family was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed delicious meals at both dinner and breakfast, and experienced no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this gem of a place! Thanks Dan and family!

Stayed Aug 14, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Dan’s home in Mankato! It was perfect for our family. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There were tons of fun things for the kids to do—games, darts, foosball, and even cornhole!The location was also amazing. There’s a park literally in the backyard, and the community pool is just a few steps away. It made everything so easy and enjoyable for both the kids and adults.Dan was a great host—friendly and easy to communicate with. He made everything smooth from start to finish. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

Stayed Aug 7, 2025This place is great - easy access, plenty of parking, great private backyard that opens up to huge park and access to the trails and lake, as well as walkable to the ice rink (pool in the summer) Will look to stay here again in the future! Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
