Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly accommodating and made check-in a breeze. The home is beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with anything that we needed during our week long stay. The location cannot be beat. A two minute walk to restaurants and shopping and a short drive to downtown and the airport. The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone visiting Nashville

Peter was very responsive to texts, the place was adorable and very clean, had everything we needed for a perfect lady cousins weekend.

This house is great- easy walk to everything in the 12 south neighborhood - a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The location was also close to downtown / Broadway - a quick drive or Uber. It has everything you need and was clean and well furnished and Peter was very responsive and helpful during our stay!

The house is special and the location is even better. We had a group of 10 friends and family and it was absolutely perfect. A short walk to 12 South area and a short drive to Broadway. The house was bigger than we expected and the layout is perfectly private for big groups. We loved this place!

This house was wonderful!! The location perfect! The house very clean and spacious and comfortable! The host was very prompt in reply and so helpful with any ask that we had. If we return to Nashville I would want to stay here again and again! Thanks for such a nice home for us to stay in while in Nashville!

Great stay

This is a beautifully updated craftsman style home. The 7 of us (5 adults and 2 children) had an extremely comfortable stay. The living areas are large and well appointed with appropriate and comfortable furniture in excellent condition. All the appliances and technology were up to date and fully functional. Easy walk to 12 South shops and restaurants, and easy drive to grocery stores. Communications with the owner were prompt and informative. Absolutely no issues during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for any better accommodations for our family than this home. Perfect!

This was an awesome home that is so close to 12 South and Belmont, where our daughter goes to school. The house is beautiful and is great for a large family. We loved the front porch and screened in back porch. The beds were also super comfortable. The owner was also great and allowed us to check in early as we flew in early in the morning from Texas. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family, including two young kids. It was a great location- we walked to 12 south to eat at great restaurants and Jennie’s ice cream several nights. Check in was easy and Peter was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is clean, nice, and well equipped for cooking. There is a screened in porch, but there were a few holes and mosquitoes snuck in there. Overall a lovely house with great location.

We spent 5 days in this home while participating in my daughter’s wedding. Every need was met. And at the end of the day we were able to relax and feel like we were home. The proximity to 12 South gave us a reason to stretch our legs and get a change of scenery. Thank you so much!

The house worked perfectly for our extended family of 8. A bit tricky to enter for our less mobile members but once inside we were very comfortable. A short walk to the 12South neighborhood. Only a couple miles to downtown and all the attractions there. Great experience and Thanks! for a memorable trip to Nashville.

Perfect location to tour Belmont and Vanderbilt and for enjoying the 12 South neighborhood. House is very large and we had plenty of room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the backyard and screened in porch. My only complaint is that it gets quite hot on the second floor and we could never get the upstairs AC to cool it off. Zero issues with the first floor. AC and temp was perfect.

We had a wonderful week at this property. It was perfect for our family. It was a wonderful location with all the amenities. Would recommend to anyone staying in Nashville.

My husband and I stayed here with our three kids, son in law and as of this trip our future son in law. We came to celebrate our twins 25th birthday with several other family members. And as it turned out the birthday girl got engaged! The house was beautiful, clean, in a great location near 12th and perfect for our stay. Peter, the owner, was great with communication. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely stay again!

We are 6 siblings over 70 and we all felt like Peter's home was our home! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. He is very generous by stocking the kitchen with pots, pans, spices, teas, coffee, etc so we didn't have to rush to the store. Every utensil and plate you needed was there.We spent a lot of our time in the screened-in back porch. Every time we sat in the very spacious living room, we commented on how 'at home' we felt. Each bedroom had everything we needed including comfortable beds and bathrooms. The area around the house for us was just as enjoyable as downtown Broadway. We walked to restaurants and stores on 12 South and even to the supermarket. Would recommend 12 South Taproom and Grill and also The Henry - we had a wonderful dinner there. Downtown is just a short Uber ride away. Peter was more than helpful to accommodate our group and responded immediately if we needed anything. You cannot go wrong renting here.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday and this gorgeous home had everything we needed. The two floors having living spaces and bedrooms was perfect. The kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect for restaurants and shopping and close enough to Broadway and other Nashville sites. I would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The main floor and kitchen area is large and made for larger groups. Our group of 8 had plenty of space to hang out and visit. Each bedroom and bathroom were large and well decorated. The house is in a perfect and nice neighborhood. We walked the 12 South area everyday. Highly recommended this property

This is our second time staying at this house! It’s perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. House is clean and well taken care of by the Owner.

This home was perfect! It was large enough so everyone had their own space. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Peter was excellent as he answered all questions and provided suggestions on places to eat at. Our plane was arriving very early and Peter was able to acommodate us in checking in early. The location is perfect as you can walk toeverywhere on 12S and it’s an easy Uber ride to Broadway. There is a Publix very close but Peter has this house well stocked All the beds are so comfortable and the master shower was amazing! Very easy check in and check out! We have rented several VRBOs and this is our favorite! We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Nashville! Highy recommend!

Great location! Enjoyed the 12 South community within walking distance. The house was very comfortable and adequate for our 3 generational family. The front entrance was difficult for my husband with aging knees, we were thankful for the back entrance and parking area. Host was available and accommodating. The grill and oven have been neglected which gave us a good excuse to order out and support the community. We would go back!

The property is spacious and well appointed. The only problem we had was with front steps at the street. They are uneven and there is no railing for support. We had to help each other get up and down the steps.

I rented this particular home because it was super close to my son’s dorm, it had 2 bedrooms & full bathrooms on the main floor (which I knew my 80 year old parents and aunt would need), and it also had a VERY open kitchen/dining/family room that I knew would be great for all the family we had staying there. Peter was great. I mentioned 1/2 of us were tea drinkers and asked if there was a kettle on property. There was not but he got me one. How nice is that! We had a great time, beds were very comfy. The only thing that was a little difficult was getting my 80 year old family members up the steps by the street because there was no rail for them to hold onto.But for the rest of us that was no big deal. I would highly recommend staying here!

We came for Christmas Village and shopping.

We arrived to a clean house and easy check in process. The house was a perfect fit for our eight person (four couple) get away. We didn't do much cooking except for some eggs for breakfast so I cannot attest to the set up in the kitchen. 10-minute Uber to Broadway. Ubers were one tofu!

Enjoyed the easy communication with the host. The location was pretty much perfect. Enjoyed being able to walk to 12South. Thank you.

Perfect house for large group, excellent location!

We were in Nashville recently for a wedding and found this property to be magnificent! Very desirable and safe neighborhood with an abundance of restaurants and shops within a short walk. The house itself was very roomy and well-supplied, and had all the amenities we needed. We used the screened in porch for a small family get-together that was very pleasant. Peter is an excellent host, sending us much more information prior to our visit than I would say is typical. He also was quickly responsive when we had questions. Heartily, readily recommended!!

In town for a recording session and the house accommodated non family members with plenty of space and privacy. The house is clean, sparsely decorated in neutrals and very spacious. VERY spacious. Very near good eating and shopping.

I stayed here with a group of work friends. The host, Peter, was amazingly easy to communicate with and our check in and check out process was a breeze. The house is immaculately clean! The decor was beautiful and everything we could need was there! We even received detailed instructions about how to use the different tvs. The living spaces were large and perfect for a mid-size to large group to hang out. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The screened porch was a lovely area for us to drink coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Although there is some construction nearby (always in Nashville!) we never heard any noise and it was an overall very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with ample street parking steps from the door. Everything was in walking distance - including a stroll to Jeni's for ice cream! We can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay at the Walk to . . . Home in the 12 South, Nashville area. Great neighborhood 15 min drive from BNA, walking distance to nice shops and restaurants, close to Publix grocery. Peter (host) was easily accessible by text and email for our few questions. Nice bed linens, towels, washer/dryer, small yard with big trees, screened in back patio, all very pleasant.

This house was fantastic! Plenty of room for a family of 6 to spread out and be comfortable. The location can’t be beat. 12 South neighborhood with its shops and eats is right up the street and around the corner. A fun way to spend a Saturday morning. Downtown was a simple 10 minute Uber ride away. We will definitely stay here again on our next Nashville Getaway.
