Walk to Short Sands Beach and Downtown!

Perfect location within walking distance to beach and shops. Ample space for family gathering, Kitchen not quite a stocked as I am accustomed to having but all in all a great place to vacation!

The home was just as described, with plenty of room for a family. It was my Honey and me, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Good for having separate space when you need 'alone' time! Outdoor patio has a great view of the water and the sunrise. We did not use the grill or fire table because I guess nobody refills propane as instructed. Plenty of towels, but only one wash cloth. Lots of pots, and pans. No Pans for oven cooking thou. Serving dishes and drinking glasses, there are plenty! We enjoyed our October stay in this home and would stay again. The hostesses were prompt on responding to any questions and satisfied any issues A.S.A.P We couldn't be more pleased with the quick response from Corey and Anthony!! They recommended Nick's Steakhouse, and it was very delicious Thank You!

The house was beautiful and an easy walk downtown to short sands. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. Corey - the property owner was a bit difficult to coordinate with. Booking required a couple follow up messages. Then we did not hear from him at all after booking (months in advance), so two hours before we were scheduled to check-in we had to reach out to get the check-in instructions. When we reached out we were told they were finishing up and the house would be ready for check-in. We let him know we were not in a rush and if he needed more time to just let us know - no response. When we arrived shortly after check-in time the house was not ready for about another 45mins. We would have been happy to hang out at a restaurant and kill time, but since we did not hear back we ended up just hanging out in the driveway until the cleaners were done. Amenities were lacking as there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, only hand soap in one. Also the guests before us left a mountain of trash which we were reponsible for bringing to the curb during our stay.

A great house for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful two day stay at this beautiful Short Sands cottage! Five old college friends gathered in York for a perfect Girls Getaway in this perfectly renovated home. Beds were so comfortable, and the home was decorated so nicely-the upstairs bonus room and deck were fantastic to hang out in! Location is excellent and the neighborhood is very pretty with a peek of the ocean at the end of the road. We would stay again in this fabulous home for sure!

I stayed here for a month and we loved the location. Perfect spot for morning walks to Short Sands.

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights with my 2 adult (30 something) kids and their partners. The house was wonderful for us. We loved the setting with the water view and close access to walk to the shore. The house was well equipped for our stay and we loved the outdoor shower, particularly because we were there in very hot weather. Corey, the owner, was great and always right on top of any questions and needs we had. The built in crate worked out great for my sons dog.

Well appointed renovated beach house. Would go back for sure.
