Stayed Jun 14, 2026The location is great and close to the beach. We loved the resident rabbits and it’s a quiet area. Strongly suggest using a laundry service for linens rather than requiring guests to launder. It could use some updates and repairs to finishes and better window coverings. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty and the bathroom could use a deep clean given the extra cleaning fee. Check in and check out was very easy.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Fantastic location, nice quiet residential area cottage , easy walk to sea gull beach ( great beach , pure sand and really warm water). also 10 min hop to downtown hyannis. Fit the 4 of us very comfortably. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!!
