Stayed Jul 29, 2023This was our second year in a row staying here for our annual beach week. We had an amazing time with I think the best week stretch of weather we’ve had all summer! We went to the beach everyday, walked to Iggy’s, Aunt Carrie’s, and Benny’s throughout the week. Already looking forward to next year and we just got home today.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022We have been doing a week vacation to the beach every year since my mom was a baby (she’s almost 60 now). Over the years, as the family changed and there were more schedules to coordinate, it became too difficult to get all 18 of us together in one house for a week. So we started a new tradition of just my mom, step dad, sister, her bf, and my husband and two kids. We had a blast. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach with my 8 & 10 yr old. We also walked to Iggy’s and Aunt Carrie’s. We will definitely be looking into renting again next year!

Stayed Jul 30, 2022My husband and I and our four children had an amazing beach vacation in Rhode Island. The house was very nice. It was clean and we were very comfortable during our stay. It was very close to the beaches, stores, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house and location.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Spent 7 days exploring Scarborough, Roger Wheeler and Salty Brine beach. Roger Wheeler is walkable and the others are minutes away by car. The house is convenient with a separate kitchenette and refrigerator downstairs which made loading the coolers very easy. House is clean, A/C works great, linens are included. We’ve been renting houses for many years and this house was definitely one of the easier rentals. No issues to report.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021This property was close to 2 beaches. It has a great layout, with a small apartment area in the bottom floor. Very nicely kept. We had a great time!

Stayed Aug 15, 2020We had to cancel our original location to OBX because of Covid-19 and found this house in a great location in Point Judith. Close to beaches, seafood, and ice cream. Easy to walk and bike to many locations. The house was in good condition, the only problem was that the coffee maker had been broken the morning we checked in. The agency offered to find us a new one, but we managed. Hopefully they replace for future guests. All in all a nice place to stay and great location.
