Walk to Pearl St from Luxury Historic Home w/Chef's Kitchen & Private Yard

The home was beautiful with a great location. Very clean and had eveything we needed. Hosts were great and very available to help us in any way that we needed. Look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

The house is exactly as described. All rooms were furnished very well and the overall layout is very conducive to both group activities but also provides some space for individual retreat when/if needed. Easy walk to downtown Boulder and even outlying grocery stores. Overall, our group of six adults truly enjoyed our stay!

Prompt and easy communication with Host. House is so convenient to walk to Pearl for restaurants, etc. very clean and well stocked. It worked well for our family and we will definitely stay again.

I can’t say enough about this Boulder home. We immediately felt welcomed into what is obviously a well loved and cared for property. It offered grand space for our family gathering as a well stocked kitchen for our family meals. It’s proximity to Pearl St. gave us an opportunity to explore the farmers market, an art show , some shopping and some great eateries ( highly recommend Steakhouse 316). I can’t say enough about our hosts, who always offered assistance and who made accommodations with our flight schedules in and out of town. If available on our next visit, we would love to revisit. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Excellent home, excellent location. Could not have been more perfect. We were a combined group, visiting our students at CU Boulder for Family Weekend. We hosted a BBQ in the backyard on Friday night. We did lots of walks together including several easy strolls to Pearl street. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We stayed at this wonderful house with 3 couples to watch a game at the University of Colorado. The house was spacious, plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The hosts were great communicators. The location is perfect for walking to Pearl Street. The neighborhood is beautiful with all of the historic homes. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is even better in person, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is ample areas to relax and spread out. The ability to walk to Pearl Street makes it a win win for all.

Only the second time we stayed in a VRBO house so I don't have a lot of experience with what to expect from them. This was a nice stay in a clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The only note I would have is that five of the seven people staying were in their early eighties. A handrail on the stairs leading up to the porch would have been most helpful. Also, there were two remotes for the TVs. It would have been nice to have information on the operation of the remotes. Neither of these detracted from our stay however.

My 3 sons and I stayed here for a quick 2 days and could not have been any happier with how clean and well appointed the home was. It was just perfect in all respects. I cannot wait to come back some day.

It was a bittersweet time for us as we were moving our son home after 5 years in beautiful Boulder. As excited as we are to have him home after college, we loved visiting Boulder as often as possible. My parents, son and I made the road trip from central Texas to a most welcoming, comfortable, spacious home in central Boulder. The kitchen was awesome - well-stocked, spacious and simply lovely - we spent a lot of time gathering around the kitchen bar area. The beds and bedding were perfect as was the great location. The backyard was so inviting, with colorful flowers and fruit trees throughout. We hope to get back to Boulder sometime in the future and when we do, we'd love to reserve the Mapleton home again!

Beautiful, well-equipped, comfortable house and garden on a quiet street in the heart of Boulder. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. A perfect urban retreat.

My family booked this wonderful house for 5 nights. We cooked 4 of the evenings. The kitchen has everything, including spices and oil, which was so nice. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from Pearl Street. The beds were very comfortable and the big family table hosted many evenings of games. Would rent this beautiful house again!
