Central Boulder/Outdoor Living Room w/ mountain views/walk downtown

The house was perfect for several couples coming in for CU Boulder Parents Weekend. We did a family dinner one night and the kitchen was perfectly stocked and the outside patio a perfect place to spend the evenings. The host was fantastic and super accommodating. Highly recommend.

A home away from home. Cleaned to perfection with spacious rooms for larger gatherings and also quite spaces if you want to enjoy some privacy. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with an awesome back yard and a phenomenal view. The host responded quickly to any questions we had about the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Lovely, well-appointed home with beautiful views! Outdoor space and entertaining area where our group gathered was perfect for our family of 7—taking advantage of this amazing setting. Host was always available before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. Can’t wait to return!

Our stay was amazing! We never sat down in the indoor living room...we were in the amazing outdoor living room the entire time! It was a perfect spot for a family gathering. The host was available all the time and the house was equipped with everything that we could have needed. The view from the patio was much more beautiful than we expected. A great neighborhood just a stones throw from the happening Pearl Street area. This was a fantastic experience.

The minute you walk through the front door, your eyes light up as you see a beautiful kitchen, living & dining room that opens up to an incredibly crafted outside area, with unobstructed breathtaking views of the foothills. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed for cooking big meals. The beds were super plush and comfy, slept like a log. All in All this house is top notch in every category and the pictures don’t do it enough justice.

The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and absolutely beautiful! There is parking for two cars in the driveway, but there was always ample street parking right in front of the house. The entire house has a wonderful, open layout, and was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and very organized, making it easy to find what you need. It had everything we needed, and more! The outdoor living area is unrivaled with space, lounge seating, table seating, outdoor kitchen and did I mention the flower garden & VIEWS!! We opened the nana doors daily to enjoy the back patio for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. The bedrooms are all very comfortable and quiet. The bottom level of the home is set up as a separate apartment with ample space for entertaining. The owner, Laura, has thought of EVERYTHING to make one’s stay comfortable and convenient. Her hospitality was exceptional!! No need to look further..this one is a GEM! I can honestly say you will be happy with renting this gorgeous home. We will definitely be renting this one again with no hesitation!

We were so fortunate to stay at this beautiful home for a second time, two years after our initial stay, both times for CU graduation week. Laura went above and beyond to ensure a top notch experience for us, including graduation decorations and welcome gifts. We were so comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed the house and beautiful outdoor space and stunning views. We are so grateful to have had such a magnificent stay!

Very comfortable and great amenities with access to several attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The view from the backyard are spectacular. Must stay place if visiting Boulder, Co.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is excellent and the views on the back patio are spectacular. We highly recommend and will stay there again. Also the host was super helpful and responsive.

This home is perfect for a large family during graduation weekend. It was easy to get back and forth to campus for all the events, but we avoided the chaos of trying to get reservations and just grilled and hung out in the amazing backyard. Extremely well-stocked, comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out. Lots of basic condiments and spices as well as things like plastic bags and foil - so great to not have to buy every little thing.
