Walk to Niagara Falls! Family Home w/ Yard

The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location, just a 5-minute drive to the Rainbow Bridge, and within walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park and the Aquarium of Niagara. We really appreciated how convenient and comfortable everything was!

The property was both spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The neighborhood was great! My family loved the property. It is close to everything. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The house was very clean & well stocked with necessities such as soaps & kitchen appliances. Craig the owner was very friendly & quick to respond when we messaged him. The home was also very kid-friendly with coloring books, toys, & bunk beds. Our group had a big age range & we all felt very comfortable.

The house was really nice, perfect for our family. It was easy to get ahold of the host and the easy drive to Niagra was great. A good location to stay if visiting the Falls.

Check in was a breeze, had no difficulty finding parking despite it being first come first serve street parking only. The inside of the house is beautiful, though as any old has its quirks. For parents of young kids, be aware the house is noisy (specifically stairs/doors) and sound travels so a sound machine I would have been really helpful for bedtimes/naptimes. We cooked a thanksgiving dinner while here and the kitchen had most of what we needed in terms of pots/pans/kitchen tools etc as well as plates/cutlery for all of us (6 people). *Note for parent of small kids* both tables were bar height so there was so concerns about our 3 year old struggling, but if you bring a booster seat, you’ll be fine (we didn’t and it was still fine). As other people have noted, the neighborhood looks a bit dodgy (many boarded up windows on neighboring homes) and is very dark at night. That said, it’s hard to beat the location. We walked from the property to Canada across the rainbow bridge and it was less than a mile. I ran one morning in the neighborhood and felt completely safe. There was a games closet with lots of books, toys and board games. Finally, the beds were SO comfortable. Every single person noted that the bed they slept on was more comfortable than theirs at home. Overall, would stay again and recommend for families.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The house is located minutes away from Niagara Falls State Park. Beds were comfy. Craig was responsive to our requests. Washer & dryer both need replacing.

The place was really great, Our group had a really great time. The location was just perfect, everything was easily accessible. The point of contact Craig was awesome very responsive and prompt in answering any questions we had over text pretty quickly. The house was well kept, clean and parking was great. They had kept small details in mind while keeping stuff in the home. We are definitely staying there again during our next visit.

This was an excellent rental. We were very happy with everything. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quite run down but that's the city's fault not the property. It was completely safe. If we were to return to the Falls we would stay there again for sure.

The place was great and very cozy and plenty of space for tbe family. Backyard was a bit smaller then we thought and the location wasn't the best. The location was good for its distance to all the attraction in Niagra but not a place I'd go for a walk by myself.

The house was very nice and spacious. My family and I will recommend this house to everyone, we loved the house they had everything you could need and more.

We stayed at this lovely house for two nights while visiting Niagra Falls. We had 8 people ranging from 5-60 years old. This house was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were exactly what we wanted, including bunk beds. The only downside was having only 1 shower, but we knew that going into it, and we made it work! The host was awesome to work with and was quick to answer questions. I loved the old house charm and it provided plenty of space for our family. I liked it so much better than staying in a hotel. Overall great experience, and the Falls were beautiful!

Clean and well kept. Conveniently located. Just would have liked a heads up on the maintenance people.

The property was mostly well maintained. However, both couches were broken and there were ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. The upstairs was exceedingly hot even with the AC on. Thankfully there were ceiling fans which made it possible to sleep. We visited when it was very hot out. There were nice extras like a coffee area with a kurig and bath products in each room. Lastly, the neighborhood was run down, but we did not have any problems during our stay.

great but water was not draining in bath tub but we manafed as only 3 of us was there

Having grown up in an older house I found this house to be charming and comfortable. Roomy downstairs for family get-togethers, we had six adults in the house and never felt cramped downstairs. The bedrooms were comfortable. Wish it had one more full bathroom. Neighborhood is older, but looks to be going through some renovations.
