Walk to Main St, City Dock, USNA from Historic Catch 22 w Private Patio

Everything at the house was as described. The house was clean, it was easy to get in and out of and the location was excellent. The garage was a short block and a half distance away. The best place to park if you’re staying at this location is the hillman garage. The bathrooms upstairs could use a brighter light to help with makeup application. Kitchen has coffee pot, Keurig, microwave in addition to appliances. We did not use the grill on the back porch. Bring extra batteries for TV remotes in case the batteries go sluggish as we experienced. also, the rental company was quick to reply to all my questions. I would recommend this location over the hotels nearby.

The house is lovely and great location! Nicely decorated and very spacious. We all enjoyed and felt very comfortable staying here. Will be back.

As always home was wonderful. We were visiting our daughter at the academy so location to the yard and downtown shops and restaurants was ideal. The house itself was perfectly clean and very comfortable! Hosts are always great and responsive. Thanks again for another great place to stay!!!

We absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is located centrally to all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely try and book it the next time we travel to Annapolis.

Great house in an excellent location. Comfortably sleeps 5 in the three bedrooms. Parking is not on site but the free garage worked well for the weekend and almost everything else is walkable.

Location is amazing! Close to everything & the house was clean when we arrived. There were some damaged things to address & we did that immediately. The most upsetting thing, however, is that we booked this place because we love outdoor space. They advertised a picture that looked like a very lovely patio out back. It was horrific! Overrun weeds, trash cans, right next to an extremely old & weathered, filthy furniture. Also, the queen suite advertised a balcony & made it look very pretty. There was no furniture on the balcony, so we couldn’t even use it! We are outside people & love to sit outside after a long day of sightseeing. Very upset we were not even able to do that. False advertisement!

Location was excellent. Parking was challenging but possible. The front entrance could use a handrail. Uneven steps and nothing to grasp onto.

Property was clean and very well stocked. Location was really convenient for walking to town and shopping. Town beautifully decorated for Christmas! We had a great time, made some memories, and hope to be back.

Very clean, nice rental. My only complaint would be the number of people you can comfortably accommodate for the price, but the location is wonderfully convenient.

This house was perfect in location and layout. I would love to stay here again but, my mid is a Firstie and time in Annapolis is growing short. We loved the beds very cozy. The location cannot be beat.
