Stayed Mar 17, 2026A great place in a perfect location and lovely neighborhood. It felt like everything we wanted to do was close by - a 10 minute drive at most. The guest house was clean, spacious and had a nice view. Landi was very helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to go for dinner. We would definitely stay at the Little Pumpkin Guest House again.

Stayed Sep 11, 2025Very clean new house, close to all major tourist attractions, within 10-20 minutes. Very pleasant, responsive host. They had everything we needed. The airport is close, so get ready to be up at 6:30 AM, even though I was OK with it. We had a pleasant time there.

Stayed Jun 3, 2025It was a lovely 1 bed/1 bath cottage situated over a garage in a beautiful, conveniently located neighborhood. The property even had on-site parking with its own dedicated spot right in front of the garage, which was a great perk. The home was very clean, and the hostess was incredibly pleasant and welcoming.The reason for the two 4-star ratings is that the home is in the flight path of the San Diego airport, so it could get quite noisy at times. That said, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Stayed Sep 24, 2022Really nice place. Everything is new and well thought out. I especially liked the shower. Landi is a great host, available and cooperative, up for a nice chat. Quiet, prosperous neighborhood of mostly pre-wwii houses that are very well kept up. There is some jet noise, but that's the way Pt Loma is. Our favorite place we've stayed in SD over 25+ visits, including some big-name hotels.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022The property is immaculate and well supplied, with a great host that lives next door. Located in a friendly suburban neighborhood that is very close to many food and retail options. Great central location for visiting San Diego beaches and attractions.

The property owner is always available but super at honoring privacy (great for my writing retreat.) located near the most beautiful spots in San Diego. Pristine accommodation!
